Reverend Father, on 4th and 28th May 2009 You were called to renounce by the fixed date 8 heresies proclaimed by Card. L. Husar which You made unity with. However, You did not renounce the named heresies nor unity with them. On authority of apostolic and prophetic ministry we publish before the whole Church that You fell under God’s anathema according to Gal 1:8-9, so You are excommunicated from the Church!
