Promulgation of an anathema on the bishops from the diaspora of the UGCC

On 24th June 2009 the bishops of the Ukrainian Greek-Catholic Church from the diaspora were sent a binding appeal to send their confession of faith and renouncement of heresies to the Holy Father by 2nd August 2009.
Due to their rejection they have fallen under the punishment of anathema (see Gal 1:8-9) according to God’s law which, as to the field of the true faith, is unalterable.
The orthodox Catholic Bishops’ Synod of the UGCC hereby publishes before the whole Church the names of those bishops of the UGCC in the diaspora who fell under an anathema on 2nd August 2009:
