On 12th September 2009 the below-named leading ecclesiastical persons were called to confess the faith and to renounce heresies of L. Husar: Fr. T. Harasymchuk, Fr. M. Bendyk Dr, Fr. O. Kaskiv Dr, Fr. I.Kozovyk Dr, Fr. M. Palyi ICLic, Fr. V.Kotkevych, Fr. V. Vilchyk, Fr. I. Halimurka, Fr. O. Vilchynskyi. The priests Vilchynskyi and Harasymchuk wrote us a letter. Unfortunately, they did not confess the faith and did not renounce Husar’s heresies in this letter. They did not condemn historic-critical theology (HCT) and occultism. The other seven persons made it publicly manifest by their stubborn silence that they continue in unity with Husar’s heresies. Hereby the standing Synod of the UOGCC declares today, on 26th September 2009, before God and before the Mystical Body of Christ – the Church – that the above-named persons publicly excluded themselves from Christ’s Church.
