The essence of the remission of sins and obtainment of eternal life does not consist in some religiosity but in personal conversion, in personal relationship with Jesus Christ and in the faith in the Gospel tied up with lifelong repentance. God says through the Apostle John that everyone who does not abide in the teaching of Christ does not have God! (cf. 2Jn 9) That is why God by His word Gal 1:8-9 condemns and punishes by anathema those who preach a different gospel. For he who does not abide in the teaching of Christ cannot be saved. Preaching of a different gospel is therefore not only a glaring crime but also the highest cruelty, mercilessness and lack of love for man.
