Your Eminence, immediately after we learned that T. Senkiv had been appointed a bishop, we sent an urgent message to the Vatican, warning that T. Senkiv maintains heretical attitudes and therefore it is necessary that his appointment as bishop be withdrawn and his consecration cancelled! The response to our warning was an official public proclamation of  T. Senkiv a bishop “in the name of the Holy Father”.
