The Catholic canon law is a scrap of paper
Post date: 2009-07-05Autor:
The canon law (CIC, CCEO) has the purpose of:
1) protecting the truths of faith against heresies
2) protecting against an abuse of the ecclesiastical office
3) regulating the internal life of the Church as an organization
If all the essential truths of the Christian faith are violated through the very so-called visible structure of the Church (HCT, syncretism, occultism), if the Church hierarchy does not observe the ecclesiastical laws at all, the canon law has lost its sense and turned into a scrap of paper!
Your Holiness, unless and until You have started a true reform of the Church and removed the heretical prelates from the key posts in the Church, no Catholic believer is obliged to feel bound by the regulations of CIC or CCEO! The only law in this time of total decay of the Church is the Holy Scripture and Apostolic Tradition.
