Your Beatitude, please, receive our congratulations on Your election to Patriarch of Moscow and all Russia.
Concerning Your future relation to the Western Church, we present to You the following attitudes of ours:
Do not be afraid to propose to the Pope a model of unity similar to the one which existed in the first millennium, now with specification of the following two relevant conditions:
1) The Pope must publicly prohibit heretical theology (historic-critical theology - HCT) which is strictly rejected by the Eastern Tradition!
2) The Pope must obligatorily define the Church’s attitude towards paganism in the spirit of the Apostles and Tradition. The Catholic Church must renounce false reverence for other religions. For the scandalous gesture of John Paul II in Assisi the Pope must make an opposite gesture of public repentance.
