The Last Judgement

(Mt 25:31-46)

Who is Jesus’ least brother?

“Inasmuch as you did it to one of the least of My brethren, you did it to Me.” (Mt 25:40)

So who is Jesus’ least brother? Jesus pointed to His disciples and said: “For whoever does the will of My Father is My brother.” (Mt 12:49-50) Let us remember that His brother or sister is only the one who is His disciple and who does the will of His Father. So neither an atheist nor a buddhist nor a Muslim. Nor even a baptized Christian, priest, bishop or religious who has the spirit of the world or heresy. Those who are Jesus’ disciples and do the will of the Heavenly Father are in constant troubles for the sake of Jesus ChrisT. Jesus says: “You will be brought before governors and kings for My sake, as a testimony.” (Mt 10:18) “And you will be hated by all for My name’s sake.” (Mt 10:22)

“Blessed are you when they revile and persecute you, and say all kinds of evil against you falsely for My sake.” Jesus emphasizes: for My sake and adds: “Rejoice and be exceedingly glad, for great is your reward in heaven.” (Mt 5:11-12) To confess Christ is heroism. The world hates the Lord Jesus. The one who is His true disciple suffers persecution, ridicule and defamation from the world. Also the one who declares one’s support for His disciples suffers the same persecution. Jesus’ word holds true: “Whoever confesses Me before men, him I will also confess before My Father, and whoever denies Me before men, him I will also deny.” (cf. Mt 10:32-33)

Let us remember, man will be saved not because he performed charities and advocated humanism but because by external charitable works he declared his support for those who are Jesus’ least brothers and are persecuted.

We, the orthodox Catholic bishops, publicly defend Christ and His Gospel. The apostate bishops under the leadership of Card. L. Husar publicly defend heresies and lead the faithful into perdition. If someone overtly declares one’s support for us, one is threatened that one will not even be allowed a Christian funeral. Nevertheless, there are courageous men and women who pay no heed to defamation, lies or psychological terror. These little ones, that means you, suffer revilement in their own families. The Lord Jesus said that in one family three would be against two and two against three. But also those who declare their support for you are denigrated and persecuted by the spirit of apostasy which keeps our UGCC in bondage and fear. You who are Jesus’ disciples, or declare your support for them, shall once hear the words of our Lord and Saviour: “Come, you blessed of My Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world.” (Mt 25:34)

To all the unjust, especially the spiritual shepherds – apostates, the Righteous Judge will say:

  1. I was hungry and you gave Me no food

You did not preach the living God’s Word, you shut up the kingdom of God against men (My least ones) and preached nothing but empty man-made teachings (cf. Col 2:8), and the children of God were hungry. You forgot, or never knew, that “human soul lives by God’s Word” (cf. Mt 4:4). And if you only taught empty human theories, but what you taught was the devil’s teachings, for just as he did so in the desert you also distorted the word of the living God the way it suited you and did not believe it at all but called it myths and legends according to the heretical HCT. Thus by your heresies you deceived, systematically and purposefully poisoned those hungry for God and pushed them away from salvation. You yourselves were not able to give a sound teaching (living sermons, catecheses, retreats) and you tried both covertly and overtly to prevent those who could feed the hungry from doing so, and you led the defenceless sheep away from the true shepherds. You grabbed the food of the Gospel from their mouths and hearts with the claws of your godlessness and thus aborted God’s life in the bud. Thus you caused death of human souls and again and again you crucified and killed Christ. In the sacrament of confession you did not guide the souls on God’s way but You diverted them from genuine following of Christ. You split up the prayer groups and regarded them as fanatical. You did not give absolution to God’s children, even though they expressed perfect contrition. You refused to administer Holy Communion to the faithful because they had obtained hope of resurrection in Pidhirtsi and changed their lives by genuine repentance. You lifted them up from their knees, thus degrading Christ, and many a time you even drove them out of the church.

 2.    I was thirsty and you gave Me no drink

You did not give the thirsty least brothers of Jesus the living water – the Holy Spirit. You did not want to give Him to them because you did not have Him yourselves. And when you encountered people full of the Holy Spirit, you quenched Him in them (1Thes 5:19), inflamed in them the spirit of the world and forced upon them the love of this world. You ridiculed sincere repentance, inner prayer with hands lifted up to heaven (to God) and the born-again of God, calling them spiritualists and sectarians, and you despised the miraculous God’s signs.

3.     I was a stranger and you did not take Me in

You did not receive the strangers who bore the living Jesus but you welcomed the strangers who brought heresies and spirit of antichrist, because you lived up to worldly manners and loved what is hated by God.

Those of whom the world is not worthy (Hebr 11:38) are strangers and pilgrims on the earth (Hebr 11:13).

You hated them, for they had the testimony of Jesus (Rev 19:10), and so you planned their deportation. When you failed to do so, you sought to justify your evil deeds by pronouncing lawless excommunications. But it is you who are excommunicated because of overt heresies and apostasy, validly and lawfully according to Gal 1:8-9!

4.    I was naked and you did not clothe Me

The devil stripped those who were in the world of all their possessions, and left them wounded, robbed, naked. Having received Jesus, they needed to be clothed in the armour of God (the breastplate of righteousness, the helmet of salvation, spiritual shoes /cf. Eph 6:12f/). You did not provide them with this clothing because of your unbelief. Therefore they could not stand against the attacks of the devil.

5.    I was sick and you did not visit Me

You did not visit the sick, you did not help them to repent, you did not lay hands on them (cf. Mk 16:18), nor did you pray for them earnestly in the name of the Lord (cf. Jam 5:14) so that they could recover. Their troubles did not concern you, you did not share their suffering, you gave no comfort or encouragement in faith to My least ones.

You sent them to diviners, all kinds of charlatans and folk healers and often set a bad example to them yourselves. You gave your blessing to a mortal sin. You never lifted a finger to pray to our God – the Healer – for the sick to recover, for your soul itself was sick, you fell away in spirit and became an enemy of our Lord Jesus Christ.

6.     I was in prison and you did not visit Me

You did not help those who are in prison, in spiritual isolation or defamed for the sake of Christ; on the contrary you put them in this situation yourselves. Why? Because by your heresies and iniquities you put yourselves in chains and became captives and apostles of antichrist. Therefore you did not proclaim liberty to the captives and did not set at liberty those who were oppressed (cf. Lk 4:18).

Therefore on the Day of God’s Judgement Jesus will say to you: Depart from Me, you cursed, into the eternal fire prepared for the devil and his angels. ... as you did not do it to one of the least of these, you did not do it to Me.’” (Mt 25:41.45) Then Jesus will say to those on His right: “Come, you blessed of My Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world, for inasmuch as you did it to one of the least of these My brethren, you did it to Me. You gave Me food, you gave Me drink, you came to Me when I was in prison.” (cf. Mt 25:34-36)

In conclusion, let us remember that man will be saved not because he performed charities and advocated humanism but because by external charitable works he declared his support for those who are Jesus’ least brothers. These Jesus’ brothers are persecuted by the world for Jesus’ sake. You, dear brothers and sisters, have bravely confessed your true faith in Jesus in the petition addressed to the Holy Father. You are ridiculed and persecuted therefor. You, dear brothers and sisters, are those little ones who suffer revilement in your own families. You are persecuted not only by the world but even by the shepherds who have the spirit of apostasy. This suffering of yours is your public confession of the Lord Jesus Christ before men and He will confess you before His Heavenly Father therefor. You, dear brothers and sisters, will receive the reward – the heavenly kingdom.

On the Day of God’s Judgement the Saviour will say to you: “Come, you blessed of My Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world.” (Mt 25:34)
