Religious organization under the leadership of L. Husar and D. Hryhorak applies efforts to liquidate its adversary, that is, to throw religious sisters out on the street. And the state court in Chortkiv is to be abused for this purpose. Moreover, we have received confidential information from two witnesses that the judges were bribed by the UGCC leadership. So the judges are biased against the UOGCC and against our monastery. This is another violation of Art. 4 of the law “On Freedom of Worship and Religious Organizations”, i.e. engendering of religious animosity. The UGCC leadership headed by Husar and represented by Hryhorak invited the priest Vilchinskyi to the village of Probizhna.
Throughout one week in the second half of the year 2009 this priest publicly engendered religious animosity towards us in the church in Probizhna. Twice we had to call the police for help when they (the parish priest and the priest Vilchinskyi) had incited and fanaticised the local people against us.
