Dear ex-Cardinal Christoph, a few days ago You made a “brilliant” proposal of how to deal with the current problem of paedophilia and homosexuality. The cure and the vision You proposed for the celibate priests was abolition of the celibacy. You hypocritically raised an alibi, saying that the celibacy was not the essential thing; however, You did not point out what was essential.
Abolition of the celibacy is by no means a solution to the crisis. The solution is laicization of every priest who is a homosexual or paedophile.
Frankly speaking, Your theories are a practical way to hell. There can be no reform of the Church unless and until there starts true conversion and true repentance.
All philosophization, psychologization and theologization is a mere deceit leading to apostasy and to a betrayal of Christ and the Church.
