The so-called papal motu proprio Sacramentum sanctitatis tutela (2001) as well as its current amendment are a travesty of justice before the whole Church and world. Therefore, our Bishops’ Synod of the UOGCC proposes the following just treatment concerning penalization of ecclesiastical persons.
