Letter to the Holy Father (28th April 2010)

His Holiness

Benedict XVI

Città del Vaticano

Your Holiness,

once more we demand that You bring ex-Card. A. Sodano to trial in an ecclesiastical court and justly punish him by laicization for offences against the faith, the Church and humanity. As former State Secretary, Card. A. Sodano is fully responsible for doctrinal and moral decay in the Catholic Church.

In fact, it was he who chose and appointed paedophilic and homosexual bishops and apostolic nuncios to the key posts in the Church. Besides, he promoted and shielded historical-critical theology and syncretism with paganism within the Church, which are the main cause of moral decay among the priests and bishops. We have to point out that this Cardinal has already fallen under the heaviest ecclesiastical penalty of God’s anathema in accordance with Gal 1:8-9 for proclamation of another gospel and for unity with heresies denying the essence of Christianity. He now holds his office of Dean of the College of Cardinals unlawfully. Moreover, we remind You of the fact that all present Cardinals are likewise under God’s curse by reason of a public betrayal of Christ and of the faith and by reason of official unity with heresies. We remind that this structure has become afunctional and brings down a curse upon the whole Church. You are obliged to carry out a reform, otherwise the responsibility for all the offences falls upon You.

In Christ,

     Bishops of the UOGCC
