An expression of thanks for the suspension of beatification

Your Holiness,

we would like to thank You for Your suspension of the beatification of John Paul II. We pray that this beatification is necessarily prevented even in the future. We fully understand the extremely strong pressures upon You from both inside and outside the Church forcing You to beatify the deceased Pope John Paul II. Under given circumstances we admit that it is an act of heroism to cancel an already opened beatification cause with an already fixed date of beatification, which was to be 11th October 2010. We know that this is not yet a complete victory, that You will face further pressures and need new strength and grace to say a definite “no” to this secretly planned fatal blow to the sorely tried Church. We apologize for pressuring You so intensely into the suspension of this beatification. Yet on the other hand we had no other choice, because love without truth is no love but a crime. We were obliged not only before You and before the Church but first of all before God, by whom we shall all once be judged, to act in this way. The extreme pressures of the forces of darkness, which are attacking the Church these days, deeply affect You in the first place. Paedophilia scandals, homosexuality, gender epidemic, juvenile justice – this all is destroying not only the Church herself but the entire formerly Christian territory of Europe and other continents. Every Christian today is faced with a choice: either to betray Christ or to become a martyr. This specially concerns You as well. We pray for You that You may remain faithful to Christ and His teaching even at the cost of martyrdom.
