Ex-Card. Сh. Schönborn propagates a heretical teaching of Chardinism
In his book “Ziel oder zufall?” (Herder 2007), ex-Card. Ch. Schönborn propagates the heretical teaching of Chardinism. He clearly expressed it in the chapter under the title of “Teilhard de Chardin – a witness of Christ”.
Schönborn does not respect at all that Chardin’s teaching was unequivocally prohibited by the Church. He does not say a single word that would point out the danger of this teaching which denies original sin, Christ’s redemptive death on the cross as well as the basic need of a Christian, that is, repentance, conversion and belief in God’s Word, as it is presented by the Church in connection with the Tradition of the Apostles and saints. Chardinism disposes man to accept Hinduism along with its reincarnations and pantheistic myths. Chardin’s views are heresies and myths which can be ranked among various gnostic and pantheistic teachings. Schönborn is in overt unity with the heresies condemned by the Church. Ergo, he is a heretic!
Your Holiness, in Your book “An Exclusive Interview on the State of the Church” You explain: “In the evolutionary hypothesis (its analogy is teilhardism in theology) there is no place for original sin. It can exist there just as a symbolic, mythical means of expression at best, denoting only natural shortcomings of man who undergoes development up to its final accomplishment, fulfilment. However, to accept this vision is the same as to turn the whole structure of Christianity upside down. Christ is transplanted from the past to the future. Salvation would then mean just a way to the future, a way as a necessary development for the better. So, man is thus a mere product which has not yet attained perfection. He has never been redeemed (according to this theory) since he has committed no sin which he would need to be healed of; he just has his – I repeat – natural shortcomings.”
Your Holiness, we come to hear quite often in the mass media about public hypotheses stating that in case of Your death the first candidate for the papal office is the apostate and heretic ex-Card. Schönborn! We would like to remind, too, of his antiecclesiastical attitude towards the issue of celibacy and homosexuality. Supposing he, along with his heretical teaching, was really elected the Pope, the only solution would then be the reign of two or more Popes. This concerns not only Schönborn but all current ex-cardinals and ex-bishops (4872 altogether). They all overtly denied Christ and even after a public appeal did not break unity with the contemporary heresies. The Pope elected from among these heretics and traitors of Christ would be no Pope. God’s people cannot and must not obey such “Pope”. In this way at least some souls could be saved from eternal perdition!
Your Holiness, we would like to remind You again that the only solution is that You appoint true-Catholic bishops, that You surround Yourself with a small group of twelve true apostles of Christ. One of them could then become Your true Catholic successor. Infection and mass apostasy inside the Church is reaching its peak. For the time being, our proposal seems to be the only real and effective means of bringing this decay of the Church to a standstill and starting a true process of a reform.
Praying for You and asking for Your blessing,
