Law on homosexual marriage

 

V. Klaus vetoed this law; however, in spite of that in 2006 it was eventually pushed through in the Czech Republic “thanks to” the apostatical Church hierarchy (ex-Card. Vlk and apostate Fr. Halík). The President said: “It is a law which relativizes the relation of the state to the original cell of the society which always was, is and must be the family. … For me this law is a tragic mistake – by its nature, by the manner it is written and by all its legislative delimitations. Moreover, this law in its essence is a discriminatory law…”

We emphasize: President Klaus calls this law discriminatory, and this is a deep truth.

 

What is the Christian attitude towards the question of homosexuality

 

God and the whole Christian Tradition uncompromisingly call homosexuality an extremely grave sin which is against human nature. For this sin, when it had spread through like pestilence, God chastened Sodom and Gomorrah with fire from heaven as a warning for future generations (Gen 18-19).

Providing that we want to listen and open up to demagogy and manipulation of homosexual activists, we will not perceive the emphatic warning of Sodom and Gomorrah. When the punishment comes – a fire from heaven and a world catastrophe – it will be late! The Lord says even to you: “See, I have set before you this day life and death! Therefore choose life!” (Deut 30:19)

 

Hundreds of thousands of martyrs sacrificed their lives for the sake of Christ and God’s law. We too are now obliged to stand up for God’s laws. St. Paul writes: “Do not be deceived. Neither fornicators, nor idolaters (occultists), nor adulterers, nor cowards, nor homosexuals (Gr. arsenokoitai) will inherit the kingdom of God. And such were some of you. But you were justified (through conversion and repentance) in the name of the Lord Jesus.” (1Cor 6:9.11)

 

And likewise let us not be deceived – we will not be judged by the laws that we pass ourselves but by the unalterable law of God. What is in store for each of us is death, judgement and then either eternal life or eternal perdition! And this is the most relevant and most topical concern for us!

 

Declaration of bishops of the Orthodox Church in the Czech Republic

 

“The Bible maintains an uncompromising attitude towards the issue of homosexual relations: ‘You shall not lie with mankind, as with womankind: it is abomination.’ (Lev 18:22). St. Paul the Apostle speaks about ‘disgraceful passions’ and reminds that God’s condemnation faces those as well who approve of such acts (Rom 1:18-32). Christians are obliged to give sin its proper name, so that those who become addicted to it may thus find the way to God and to salvation.”

 

Nature of man: man, woman

 

If we look at man without false spectacles, we come to realize that man has a body which is not sexless and thus points out two aspects: complementarity and fertility. Complementarity means that people were created as man and woman, that they are perfectly mutually adapted, as in physical so in spiritual and psychical respect. And concerning fertility, it is transmission of life to the next generation. What makes man and woman get ripe for fatherhood and motherhood and disembarrass themselves of childish egoism in a natural way is their own children. And now all this is being disclaimed by people propagating homosexuality. Using intellectual constructions they disclaim the crystal-clear reality and build castles in the air. However, nature cannot be violated, not even by the law.

 

The Holy Father about homosexual unions

 

During his stay in Valencia, on 9th July 2006, Pope Benedict XVI uncompromisingly criticized legalization of homosexual marriages in Spain.

 

Children of homosexual couples cannot be baptized

 

Canadian prelate Marc Ouellet has pointed out that the Church cannot baptize children of homosexual couples. His secretary B. Bariteau emphasized (27th July 2005) that lived homosexuality is from its very basis against the doctrine of the Church, and by their relationship such couples only permanently and publicly demonstrate their contempt for the Catholic Church.

 

Propagation of homosexuality in education

 

Children are read a homosexual fairy-tale “King and king” in which the crown prince refuses all beautiful princesses because he fell in love with a prince. They are kissing one another and then get married.

 

Homosexual films

 

During the studies at a certain university in the Slovak Republic (SR), the intending teachers of English have to watch a film projecting in detail an act of perverted sexual intercourse of two men and then another film with a similar theme presenting women with the same deviation! As part of their examination the students are to become absorbed in the plot, find appropriate terms and analyze the topic in an essay. Is this not psychological and sexual manipulation?

When the eurodeputy of SR Mrs. Anna Záborská said that children and students should not be reeducated in schools by homosexually oriented people, the liberal press termed this statement discrimination and her further statements were ridiculed by it. But is it not first of all a question of discrimination against defenceless children as well as against university students?

 

The aim of the law on registered partnership

 

The main aim of this law is not to grant some privileges, the main aim is to re-educate the society and this is the core of the whole problem. People are tolerant, or rather indifferent to homosexuals today. Their lifestyle practically does not touch them.

The problem arises when children at schools start to be hammered on this issue, that it is a normal way of life, that they can try it. When “gay activists” will start visiting schools and promoting homosexuality, or it will be done by the very teachers with such orientation, the parents will probably not be much pleased.

 

On 18th January 2006 the European Parliament passed a resolution which appeals for equalization of homosexual unions and regular marriage. If one refuses to submit, it will be called discrimination and homophobia and followed by severe punishments. This is, in fact, an attack on Christianity as well as an attack on the freedom of speech. All over the world laws against “hate speech” begin to appear. Recently an evangelical pastor has been condemned in Sweden for quoting passages from the Bible concerning homosexuality during his sermon.

 

A huge demonstration against homosexual “marriages”

 

At least 500 000 people were in attendance at a huge demonstration for the protection of family in Madrid on Saturday evening 18th June 2005. The aim of the organizers was to call the attention of the government to the voices of the families. It was actually a protest against the planned license for homosexual “marriages” and adoption of children by these couples. Among the participants of the demonstration there were also 20 bishops and several politicians. The campaign was organized by the Spanish Forum for Family and its motto was “The family is important”.

 

The Spanish government did not respond to the will of the majority of the nation and soon afterwards (30th June 2005) it legalized the perverted laws on homosexual marriages and adoption of children.

 

“It is inevitable that we should fight against these unjust laws by all legal means,” write the Spanish bishops.

 

What spirit is behind homosexual propaganda and what is its aim?

 

It is the spirit of lie and death and its aim is disintegration of the individual, family and nation.

The whole of the stir is created by a narrow group of people whose voice is constantly being amplified by the massmedia. The people with homosexual orientation are abused as a pile-driver for the liquidation of the family as well as as an implement against religion (christianophobia).

 

 

Spiritual terror

 

Deputies who defend the family rights are presented in some mass media as a bunch of blockheads. This testifies rather to the abridgement of the freedom of speech. Nevertheless, it is necessary to help the people who are afflicted with homosexuality. Though on the other hand we have to reject the ideology which wants to abuse this problem.

 

The public is deceived by this demagogical motto:

“The freedom to contract same-sex unions is a part of civil rights and life of the society.”

This sentence is a prime example of psychological manipulation. What would be the lifetime of the society founded on homosexual relations? It is simple arithmetic: one generation.

 

Let us put a question: Is it a part of human rights to tell these people the truth, what kind of bondage they are in, what consequences it will have for their body (many of the infected with AIDS are homosexuals), what consequences it will have for their mental life (the question of disintegration of personality – deep depressions)? And what is the solution afterwards? Euthanasia?! And after euthanasia? Judgement, eternity, hell! For ever! Thus, as the final result, this so-called civil right deprives man of his right to heaven which was obtained for him through the blood of our Saviour and Lord Jesus Christ.

 

The demagogical statement that “the freedom to contract same-sex unions is a part of the life of society” is a lie! Throughout the millenia it has not been legally recognized as such either in the most developed or in the most perverted society! It is as if we said that some epidemic is a part of the life of society. True though that it is present in the society, yet supposing that it should be legalized, the whole society would be destroyed.

 

Who is to blame most for moral and spiritual devastation of Europe is the apostatical Church which intoxicates the remains of the true faithful with the poison of heresies, and that by virtue of obedience. Preaching of the Gospel and of the living faith is punished by it as a crime of rebellion against the official leadership. Unless the heresy of historical-critical theology and of the so-called regard for other religions is removed from the heart of the Church, it will result in total apostasy from Christianity. Also the spiritual atmosphere in which one no longer discerns between good and evil is the fruit of apostasy from the living faith. Unfortunately, apostatical Christianity does not call the truth the truth, a lie a lie, a sin a sin, and therefore it does not even perceive the need of repentance.

 

In this critical situation the principle holds true that “We ought to obey God rather than men.” (Acts 5:29) It means: One has to distinguish what is the Mystical Body of Christ and what is the traitorous Church structure which parasitizes on it and slowly liquidates it. Our orthodox Catholic Synod from Ukraine calls upon all Christians of Europe to give the first place in their lives to Jesus Christ. He is to be our Lord and our King. Those who deny their sinful ego, take up their cross and follow Jesus are the ones who love Him. This is the true wisdom which ensures salvation.

 

Conclusion

 

The mind boggles at two things:

1)      At the absurd propagation of homosexuality and homosexual marriages – this runs counter to human nature, morals, ethics etc.

2)      At the fact that the civilized and Christian nations of Europe unanimously approved this anomaly.

 

What spirit is behind this demonic politics? Is it the spirit of life or the spirit of death? Where is the main fault? Instead of alerting the conscience of Europe, the European Catholic hierarchy did the contrary – see Bishop Treanor. This is evidence that the majority of the Catholic hierarchy has betrayed Christ and the Gospel.

 

Paralysation of the hierarchy and clergy has been caused by public proclamation of heresies through the historical-critical method and next by misinterpretation of the Nostra aetate declaration concerning so-called regard for other religions supported by the scandalous gesture of John Paul II in Assisi. Unless a clear and binding ‘No’ is said to these two poisonous sources, the official Church structure will continue to lead masses of Catholics to hell under false obedience. If the Church hierarchy repented in these two spheres, the pestilential decay caused by homosexuality and occultism could not demoralize “Christian” Europe.

 

Because all Cardinals have, by reason of unity with heresies, excluded themselves from the Church, because all key employees of the Vatican have likewise excluded themselves from the Church and are under God’s anathema – curse, because a large number of bishops are excluded from the Church by reason of heresy too, in the name of God, by the power of episcopal and prophetical authority we, the bishops of the orthodox Catholic Synod of the UOGCC, oblige in conscience every bishop and every priest to publicly renounce by 25th December 2009 at the latest:

 

1)      the spirit of atheism which is behind the historical-critical method

2)      the spirit of heresy which denies divine inspiration of the Holy Scripture

3)      the spirit of heresy which casts doubt on the true Divinity of Christ

4)      the spirit of heresy which denies miracles and the real and historical resurrection of Christ

5)      the spirit of heresy which is connected with the misinterpretation of Nostra aetate concerning regard for other religions

6)      the spirit of heresy which states that Christ’s Church and pagan religions are similar ways to salvation

7)      the false spirit of Assisi and uncritical openness for paganism

 

After this renouncement of the spirit of heresies every servant of Christ should renounce the spirit of pharisaism and sadduceeism, and change his mind and believe in the Gospel (see Mk 1:15) and not in human philosophies or myths. He should repent in earnest, receive with faith the Holy Spirit that he may be a true Christ’s witness (martyr), and break with the spirit of the world. He should receive with faith the Mother of Jesus, inwardly as the disciple by the cross. He should give the first place to Jesus and lose his soul for His sake (cf. Mk 8:35) in pure love of Him and for the salvation of immortal souls.

 

Dear brothers who have consecrated Yourselves wholly to Christ in His ministry, if You make this step of faith You will thus allow Christ and His Spirit to cause a spiritual awakening in Europe.
