Microchips and the number 666

To Members of the Ukrainian and Russian Parliament

Dear Members of Parliament,

in this letter we would like to present to You brief information concerning a current topical issue.

In 1997 Greece was about to introduce new electronic passports. The Synod of the Greek Orthodox Church summoned experts in economics, mathematics and computer technologies who were to investigate suspicion concerning the intended use of the number 666 in this field. Consequently, the Synod issued a circular letter addressed to the Greek nation, state representatives of Greece and EU leadership. We quote a passage from point 3: “The Holy Synod wants to warn that in connection with the Schengen Agreement and corresponding laws (the law for the personal data protection), the issue of the antichrist and his seal, which the Book of Revelation of Saint Apostle John speaks about, becomes topical again. As this issue has a direct relation to the questions of the Christian faith and salvation of man, the Holy Synod considers itself entitled to express its opinion on all aspects of this issue, rendering to God the things that are God’s. The progress of civilization in the field of electronic applications is unfortunately related to the number 666, which is further used as a personal number in this technology. This number is clearly mentioned by the Holy Book of the Apocalypse as the number of the AntiChrist... The number 666 – as clearly follows from the Revelation – is without doubt the number of the antichrist. A Christian therefore must not be indifferent to the fact that this number is being purposefully and systematically introduced in life...”

In its concern for the salvation of souls, the Synod proposed the following solution to the problem:

1)      not to receive the number 666 as a code number of state electronic systems for personal data protection;

2)      to appeal to the governments of other EU member states to officially bring up the question of the change of the number 666 in the central electronic system of the EU for whatever different number;

3)      not to allow the number 666 to be introduced under whatever pretext in the new system of Greek passports.

The proposal for the solution to this problem, so serious for Christians, was turned DOWN, as stated by the Synod of the Greek Orthodox Church in the letter of 9th February 1998. Christians of Europe were denied the right to protect their faith, and the number of the antichrist – 666 – has become a political and ideological weapon against them. In 2004 during the Bishops’ Synod of the Russian Orthodox Church Bishop Agathangelus, Metropolitan of Odessa, said: “The time has come to speak about the real situation in our state and in the world. To be silent means to cooperate with the lie. The political, economic, ethical and ideological basis for the future realm of the antichrist is being built already in this time. It would be a great mistake to claim that the adoption of external signs, symbols or norms of behaviour which are imposed on us by New Age cannot cause us any harm. They have been formed at the instigation of the devil in order that they might cause harm, and, if it were possible, that even the elect might be led astray... The current state of the world calls for Russia’s active spiritual resistance to antichristian globalization.”

Unfortunately, we have to state that the number of the antichrist (666) is a key code in the registration of personal data of all kinds in national and supranational electronic registers. One of these centres is in Strasbourg. The code number 666 is crucial in electronic processing of data contained in the passports with microchip. The code number 666 will be crucial in using the identification number of man and his carrier – the chip implanted in the right hand of man.

We are aware that the salvation of millions of people is at stake, therefore we feel bound in our conscience to warn all Christians as well as statesmen of individual countries that the use of the symbol of the antichrist (the number 666) in electronic systems is not accidental but ideological. 

Since the political circles progress from day to day in establishing a global world order, we are aware of the danger impending over Christians, whom the antichristian social system will consider undesirable.

In this hard time we would like to encourage You with the words of the Lord Jesus: “When these things begin to happen, look up and lift up your heads, because your redemption draws near.” (Lk 21:28) Let us watch therefore and not be deceived by the tricks of the devil. The Lord foretold that the hour will come when “both small and great, both rich and poor, both free and slave, are marked on the right hand or the forehead, so that no one can buy or sell unless he has the mark, that is, the name of the beast (the antichrist) or the number of its name. This calls for wisdom: let the one who has understanding calculate the number of the beast, for it is the number of a man, and his number is 666.” (Rev 13:16-18)

Be wise and let no one deceive you because: “If anyone worships the beast (the antichrist) and its image and receives a mark on his forehead or on his hand, he also will drink the wine of God's wrath, and he will be tormented with fire and sulphur in the presence of the holy angels and in the presence of the Lamb.” (Rev 14:9-10)

The seal of the antichrist, which people will be marked with on their forehead or right hand, is easily realizable today by means of a bar code tattooed on one’s body or a chip – carrier of the identification number of man. The use of any of these marks nowadays is inseparably and purposefully connected with the key electronic code 666.

The bar code of man or implanted chip will be absolutely indispensable to one’s contact with the social structures of the state – in education, medicine, culture, trade, transport, banking system etc., because it will carry all necessary information about the holder, e.g. medical and pension insurance, banking account, clinical record, employment...

Nowadays tens of thousands of people use the RFID or “VeriChip” system in medicine, business, criminalistics, passports, “smart cards” etc. It is easy to put all this information in one single chip implanted in the human hand and to prescribe by law the “chipping” of the citizens.

From the human point of view, the implantation of chips is inhuman and inadmissible violation of the basic human rights. The chip implanted in the hand:

1)      deprives man of privacy, personal freedom and the right of self-determination.

2)      by means of new technology, when controlled by unauthorized person, can easily become an instrument of influencing the functions of vital organs up to their total stoppage, i.e. electronic murder.

3)      thanks to new technologies may whenever become a mediator of manipulation of human will and mind, thus making man into a medium of those who exercise control over the chip, and this is a crime;

4)      RFID chips as well as newly developed chips enable electronic control of every movement of the chip holder and his identification. By this time this method has been used only in case of criminals.

5)      enables absolute control of one’s personal life, e.g. what this person buys, where he does shopping, where he travels, with whom he communicates, in what activities he takes part etc. 

The use of chips, identification numbers, national and supranational registers of personal data of all kinds extremely violates national security of individual states and, in the first place, personal security of individuals. People belonging to various ethnic, national, racial, religious or ideological groups will be exposed to extreme danger. The fact that the eu leadership has not cancelled the key code number 666 evidences ideological use of this antichristian symbol which aims to influence personal life of hundreds of millions of people. On the part of the EU it is religious discrimination and disregard for Christian spiritual values.

With its system of control of people and keeping personal data registers of ethnical and religious groups, the Gestapo in Nazi Germany liquidated millions of people in the concentration camps. We ask: What is the purpose of electronic control of the citizens by means of microchips, RFID systems, satellites and national and supranational personal data registers which are not capable of guaranteeing safe protection of these data? In whose hands will these modern electronic concentration camps be? Who will have control over the health condition, will and mind of the individuals through new technologies? Who will be the murderer that will electronically destroy the lives of people undesirable for him? God’s Word gives the answer in Chapter 2 of the Second Epistle to the Thessalonians: The man who will gain political power over the whole world will be completely possessed by the devil (this is the antichrist). That is why he is called the son of perdition, whom the Lord Jesus will kill with the breath of His mouth.

We express our thanks to the monks of the Kiev lavra of the Caves as well as to the priests and believers of the Orthodox Church who held day-and-night manifestations in front of the Ukrainian Parliament in Kiev from 29th June to 2nd July 2010 and from 6th July to 9th July 2010. About 3000 believers were praying, singing religious hymns and marching around the Parliament with faith, demanding that the planned system of microchips be not enforced upon the Ukrainian citizens by way of legislation. May their step of faith bear the good fruit for all Ukraine.

So much for chips and the number of the antichrist in brief.

The apostolic vocation, which we received from our Lord Jesus Christ, and His Holy Spirit prompted us as shepherds to warn You that the time has already come.
