An alarming information letter to politicians, employees of the Ukrainian Ministries, judges, pedagogues, teachers, priests, pastors and all Ukrainian citizens

 

 

Dear Sirs and Madams,

we, bishops of the Ukrainian orthodox Greek-Catholic Church (UOGCC), present to You an extremely topical issue called gender equality or gender policy.

 

On 11th June 2010, a conference was held in Kiev, with the participation of foreign experts, concerning promotion of the gender policy in Ukraine. A contribution made by the EU for the introduction of the gender programme amounted to 14 million EUR. The project is to be accomplished by 2011 but the foreign experts already control its implementation. Under pain of punishment they demand so-called freedom of speech for homosexuals. This actually means that the mass media have to become instruments of homosexual propaganda, i.e. so-called gender equality. The EU cunningly and violently enforces absurd and inhuman laws upon all with the aim of moral and spiritual disintegration of the individual, family and society. An example is Lithuania. The Lithuanians demanded laws on the protection of children and youth against demoralization spread by a small group of homosexuals. The EU annulled these laws on the protection of children, giving a hypocritical explanation that these laws are discriminatory in relation to gays! Gays in Lithuania, according to their scenario, first struggled to obtain permission for a gay-pride, so that subsequently they could attain legalization of their perversion. The courts did not permit the gay-pride. However, the EU centre issued an order that the gay-pride had to be permitted, irrespective of the Lithuanian sovereignty or moral and spiritual tradition. Ukraine is not under the sway of the homo- and gender dictatorship of the EU. Ukraine still has a chance of defence. Lithuania and other EU states do not have this chance any more. The Ukrainian President V. Yanukovych is against the introduction of homosexual policy and so-called gender equality, but the fact is that these mechanisms have already been working since 2006, with the aim of moral disintegration of the whole Ukrainian society.

 

 

Analysis of “Equal Opportunities and Women’s Rights in Ukraine Programme”

(The title is quite innocent, which is intended to deceive the public. In fact, the programme is aimed at deprivation of women’s and children’s rights.)

Commentary: In the first place, the Ministry of Family, Youth and Sports should protect the family and youth against demoralization and at the same time prepare youth for responsible parenthood. As for family, this Ministry should create favourable conditions for the strengthening of the families. However, it is doing quite the opposite – it is working towards disintegration of the family and youth! It is obvious from the project that the mechanisms promoting the gender policy are directed by the European Commission (EC).

 

 

The gender project was launched in 2006 and lasted till 2010. Now it has been amended by 2011 and prolonged till 2016.

 

Explanation: The project speaks about the rights of women in Ukraine but in reality it is a deceit. In fact, it aims to eliminate the rights of both women and children. Moreover, it affects the very human mind by leading to a kind of depersonalization when man becomes a mere number and nobody knows whether he or she is a man or a woman. It is similar to the Nazi Third Reich when people in the concentration camps were registered under impersonal numbers. This gender policy is closely connected with the propagation of homosexuality which destroys the human morals and conscience. Further it is connected with so-called juvenile justice which hinders parents from bringing up their children in accordance with natural principles or Christian morality. In fact, this is dictatorship which no citizen is protected against. Genderists do not introduce any positive values; on the contrary, they destroy the last remains of universal values. This whole policy is similar to that which was condemned by the Nuremberg court as a crime against humanity. The gender policy cunningly tries to embody its criminal ideology in law. It abuses democracy towards establishment of dictatorship. It deprives man of human dignity and turns him into an impersonal number. As an ultimate result, man will be implanted with a microchip and thus put under control. This is total deprivation of human freedom and violation of privacy. This downright devilish plan for the destruction of human personality and of the family is carried out in the name of “freedom” and “rights”. What do genderists mean by the terms “freedom” and “rights”? These terms mean dictatorship of a handful of homosexuals, who are active bearers of the gender programme in education, judiciary system, political sphere and in all key structures of the state. This is gender policy which has been described in detail on 21 pages of the so-called “Equal Opportunities and Women’s Rights in Ukraine Programme”.

 

 

Analysis of 5 pillars:

 

 

The first pillar of the gender project:

 

“Support to gender mainstreaming architecture of gender equality through European Commission (2008-2011)”

We are astonished at the fact that this programme was launched as early as 2008. Why were the citizens not duly informed about it?

Quotation from the gender project:

“1.1.4. Hold capacity building trainings of national and regional officials responsible for gender policy implementation using cascade method (through the system of capacity building institutions for state officials).”

“1.1.8. Organise conference for two-way communication between CSOs, MPs and governmental officials in implementation of gender policy in Ukraine” (CSOs – civil society organizations = 25 organizations of gays and lesbians).

“1.2.4. Conduct gender sensitization events for national and regional officials, members of Budget Committee of the Verkhovna Rada (i.e. the Ukrainian Parliament) and members of regional councils on using gender budgeting.”

“Activity 1.3: Build the capacity of state to deal with gender statistics.”

The second pillar of the gender project:

 

“Gender equality in the education system (EC)”

“Activity 2.1: Support development of a pedagogical methodology on gender standards for teachers of secondary and high schools of Ukraine.”

“2.2.3. Organise trainings on gender knowledge and gender sensitivity in education for teachers using the cascade method.”

“2.2.5. Promote the establishment of departments (cathedras) focused on gender studies in Ukrainian Universities.”

“2.2.5.4. Conduct study tour for professors of the established gender departments to one of the EU states (at least 20 participants + 1 transl. +1 staff person*5 days).”

 

“Target groups – the Ministry of Family, Youth and Sport and the Ministry of Education; non-governmental and private higher educational institutions; NGOs (non-governmental organizations); teachers and professors, students”

Indicator: “The number of teachers who received trainings in gender knowledge and gender sensitivity.”

The project is worked out to the smallest details; it is determined how many persons are to take part in the trainings, how to manipulate teachers, pedagogues, judges and politicians, what kind of trainings to provide and how many... Everything is carefully worked out and it is taken for granted that it is all controlled by the European Commission. One does not take into account that Ukraine is not part of the EU and that the Ukrainian nation has not consented to the EU programme which predominantly has in view propagation of homosexuality and of so-called gender equality. Almost no one in Ukraine knows what the gender policy actually means. And nobody is allowed to stop and think about it. In fact, this is manipulation behind which is the same spirit as behind the Nazi ideology which, along with its whole criminal system against humanity, was condemned in Nuremberg. Let us imagine that a certain group of people from the West would resolve that 90% of the Ukrainians must be killed. This secret intention would not be divulged to anyone, one would just speak about project financial support, training of staff whose task is to carry out this “excellent” project... but nobody would say what it is actually all about, that its aim is a mass murder. The one who would warn of the danger would be brought to court and punished for violation of human rights and freedoms. Certain centres have embraced a demonic ideology from the West leading to disintegration of human personality and of the original cell which is the family, and disguising all this by terms like “equal opportunities”, “women’s rights” or “gender equality”.

 

Here we can see that gender ideology abuses the educational system in order to manipulate the future generation, all under the supervision of the European Commission. The plans were drawn up as early as 2008.

 

The third pillar of the gender project:

 

“Prevention and response to gender-based violence (EC)” (i.e. gender phobia)

Our commentary: Indeed, gender-based violence is used against the defenceless Ukrainian citizens; however, the project is about something completely different.

 

The explanation for this point of the project is that it is necessary to prevent domestic violence. The prevention should involve the courts and the police. These are to “conduct gender sensitization events for judges on dealing with judicial cases involving domestic violence” (see 3.3.2).

 

The impression is that one really deals with domestic violence. However, all this is just a pretext. What for? For the introduction of so-called juvenile justice, i.e. family control which prevents the parents from bringing up their children since an upbringing is qualified as violence. Especially the children from Christian families will be taken away and given over to gay-families for re-education which will turn these children into the same gays. Parents will have no rights because legalization of gender equality will mean enactment of inhuman laws to the detriment of the majority of the citizens and in favour of a small caste of gays. If parents will defend themselves, they will be punished for so-called homophobia and even put in prison. What laws are to be put into effect in Ukraine so hastily within the framework of the gender policy project? It is the following 4 laws:

1)      propagation of homosexuality in the mass media, in education and even in kindergartens;

2)      legalization of homosexual marriages;

3)      penal measures against those who would protect their children against homosexual propaganda –so-called homophobic laws;

4)      a preferential right of homosexual “couples” to adoption of children.

 

These four laws constitute a part of the gender policy besides juvenile justice and elimination of differences between man and woman, which is sheer madness. In California, USA, it has been prohibited already for two years, in accordance with this gender policy, to call a mother a mother and a father a father; one is also not allowed to use terms like “husband” and “wife” or “Sir” and “Madam”, for this is said to impose “tyranny” on gays. This is really the loss of common sense and demoniacal possession. Ukraine must categorically deny such destructive imports of perversion from the West. If she accepts them, she will thus commit her spiritual and physical suicide.

 

The fourth pillar of the gender project:

 

“Capacity building of central government on gender policy planning (SIDA*) 2008-2009”

“Activity 4.1: Introduce LFA methodology to national and regional gender development processes”

Target groups – Ministries, Regional Councils

Current situation: 2 Ministries have such plans (the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Ministry of Justice)

Target: 2008 – 9

2009 – 9

Indicator: The number of organizations (including the mass media, schools etc.) that received publications of the project on raising the level of gender sensitivity in Ukraine.

Current situation: Absence of such information in the relevant places.

Target: 2008 – 200

The fifth pillar of the gender project:

“Regional gender development strategies (SIDA*)”

“Activity 5.1. Monitoring of Ukrainian normative legal acts and development of Recommendations”

“5.1.1. Facilitate monitoring of Ukrainian normative legal acts on gender equality according to the list adopted by the Government and development of expert conclusions together with the Ministry of Justice”

Target groups: the Ministry of Justice, Verkhovna Rada

“Activity 5.2. Provide support to gender annual state report drafting in Ukraine until 2010”

Target group: the Ministry of Family, Youth and Sport of Ukraine

 

Management Arrangements

 

This project will be implemented under UNDP Country Programme Action Plan 2006-2010 with the Ministry of Family, Youth and Sport as the National Implementing Partner.

This group contains three roles:

1)    Executive (role represented by National Implementing Partner, the Gender Department in the Ministry of Family, Youth and Sports) that holds the project ownership and chairs the group;

2)    Senior Supplier (role represented by UNDP, SIDA and EC) that provides guidance regarding the technical feasibility of the project, and use of programme resources;

3)    Senior Beneficiary (role represented by the Minister of Family, Youth and Sport of Ukraine – MFYS) that ensures the realization of project benefits from the perspective of project beneficiaries.

The Project Board can also decide on the participation of civil society organisations in its activity, but they shall not be assigned with a specific role, they shall not have access to decision-making and funds allocation, they shall have the substantive advisory functions exclusively.

UNDP will co-finance all pillars of the umbrella project.

 

The umbrella programme will be governed by a joint management structure, which will embrace both the SIDA/UNDP-funded and the EC/UNDP-funded components. This will entail no co-mingling of funds (separate budgets will be maintained in the ATLAS system for the UNDP/EC and UNDP/SIDA funded components), but sharing of some personnel and project management resources over the period 2008-2009, when implementation of the five pillars will be overlapping.

 

Legal Context

 

The implementing partner shall:

1)      put in place an appropriate security plan and maintain the security plan, taking into account the security situation in the country where the project is being carried;

2)      assume all risks and liabilities related to the implementing partner’s security, and the full implementation of the security plan.

UNDP reserves the right to verify whether such a plan is in place, and to suggest modifications to the plan when necessary. Failure to maintain and implement an appropriate security plan as required here shall be deemed a breach of this agreement. 

 

 

The majority of people do not have the faintest idea what gender equality means. It is a deceit similar to that which the Czech President V. Klaus warned of in connection with the forcible and fraudulent enforcement of the so-called Lisbon Treaty. V. Klaus said that after the European nations rejected the so-called European Constitution, the German Chancellor Angela Merkel with a team of lawyers worked out the Lisbon Treaty, compiling it from hundreds of references to legal formulas whereby she obscured the whole matter so that the eurodeputies could not comprehend what precisely it spoke about. It was in fact a psychological deceit and manipulation so as to make them sign something they would never have even thought of. The same meanness is committed against the Ukrainian nation. A kind of mechanism has been put into operation and nobody knows what it is. By the phrases “freedom” and “rights” one does not mean freedom and rights for normal people but just for a group of gays to the detriment of the majority of the society. When speaking about gender, nobody knows that it is a crime against human nature. Nobody has the courage to tell the bare truth and to ask clearly: What is the true essence of this gender policy and what demoralizing and destructive effect will it have on human personality, family and society? This is purposefully concealed or disguised with lofty phrases and an incomprehensible text. Here we meet with international deceivers, with international liars and ideologists who invade one nation after another with a perverted demonic ideology, and that all owing to human foolishness, pride and cowardice. The entire nations thoughtlessly let themselves be led to spiritual and physical self-slaughter. President Klaus further said that only when people are brought before a court, the scales will fall from their eyes and they will see what those noble and virtuous laws mean in practice – that they deprive man of freedom and rights and establish spiritual and physical totalitarianism.

 

We believe that the spirit of gender equality and homosexuality will not gain control of Ukraine through legislation and the educational system!
