Legal action against the EU administration for humanity crimes

Dear Mr President, dear representatives of the Russian nation!

 

The EU administration brought Russia to the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg on a charge of Russia’s alleged discrimination against the sect of Jehovah’s Witnesses. The Court condemned Russia and imposed a fine on it. This approach of the EU administration is unjust and incompetent. For Your part, You must now deliver a just and competent verdict. Mr President, we beseech You and the Russian parliament to bring legal action against 27 commissioners – the EU administration – for planned spiritual, moral and physical genocide of the nations of Europe. The perverted laws in the EU produce antivalues. In essence, these are crimes against humanity. Legislation connected with the Lisbon Treaty deeply and fundamentally affects human mind and leads to demonization of personality. It thus turns the human being into a medium of evil and criminality. The end of it is both temporal and eternal death!

 

At the same time, bring an action against the EU administration for forced and unlawful promotion of the Lisbon Treaty and for establishment of a dictatorship.

 

Sue the EU administration for the following in particular:

 

a)      enforcement of laws imposing homosexual perversion upon all citizens under pain of punishment.

b)      enforcement of laws which destroy the basic human identity assigned to every human being at birth, namely the identity of man and woman. The so-called gender legislation is against all reason and against nature, and results in the corruption of the individual, family and nation.

c)      unlawful spread of corrupt influence – deformation, demoralization and demonization – upon children, youth and the whole future generation. These are so-called juvenile laws.

d)      legalization of uncontrollable, unpunishable and systematic physical liquidation of innocent and undesirable people. These are so-called laws on euthanasia – “easy death”.

 

The perversion of EU ideologists promoting antivalues is even worse than that of the Nuremberg war criminals who were condemned for crimes against humanity. The latter could at least try to use wartime as an excuse; however, the former perpetrate spiritual and moral genocide in time of peace. These propagators of mass criminality must be tried and justly condemned along with the whole antihuman criminal system. Unless they are brought to trial, Europe shall witness physical genocide. This genocide is already being prepared by legions of demons of death.

 

We, as bishops of the Ukrainian orthodox Greek-Catholic Church (UOGCC), are obliged before God, before our conscience and before all mankind, on behalf of all genuine Christians, to raise the alarm while there is still time. We thank in advance that this urgently topical legal action, concerning in essence all citizens of Europe, will be treated responsibly as a matter of priority.

Antihuman and antidivine EU laws lead to the promotion of antivalues and to the genocide of humanity.

 

Condemnation of the crimes against humanity by the Nuremberg court came late. Noone can revive the millions of people tortured to death. The ideology of Nazism was against human nature and against humanity just as the nowaday ideology of the EU enacted by the Lisbon Treaty (LT). On 9th February 2010, eurodeputy Nigel Farage said in his speech in the European Parliament: “Politicians staged the most spectacular, bureaucratic coup d’etat that the world had ever seen. ... What they did is they put in place a new treaty – it was called the Lisbon Treaty – and then they gave 27 people (Commission) total, unlimited power. These were to be the people that made all the antihuman laws (of the EU)...”

 

Concentration camps with gas chambers, the holocaust with hundreds of thousands of innocent victims, are almost nothing compared to the crimes which the ruling system of the European Union has encoded in its ideology. This system, in essence, leads to total demoralization and to both spiritual and physical suicide of all Europe. This ideology connected with dictatorship is equally demonic and has the same demonic roots as Nazi ideology. Yet it is far more cunning and perfidious because it destroys human conscience and leads to cynicism. Evil is no longer considered evil and a crime a crime. This blindness of the human intellect and elimination of conscience has to do with demonic possession and demonic perversion. However, legalization of antihuman perversion, cynicism and demonism is the fundamental charter of the inhabitants of hell and not of the inhabitants of this planet!

 

This demonic ideology which destroys human conscience, ethics and universal human laws and values, turns people into mediums of demons. This is a greater crime against humanity than the fascist ideology, for the latter did not affect the human mind and the essence of human personality so deeply. The criminal EU ideology affects the peaceful inhabitants practically without exception, and unless it is revealed and condemned before it is too late, in the near future we will witness total genocide of Europe.

 

Concretely sue the EU for the propagation of:

 

1)      homosexuality;

2)      gender identity;

3)      juvenile justice;

4)      euthanasia.

Ad 1) Propagation of homosexuality

 

Homosexual perversion disintegrates the individual, family as well as society and disposes man to other forms of immorality and dependence (paedophilia, drug addiction, depressions...).

 

Homosexual laws against human nature:

 

a)      Laws enforcing gay propaganda as a compulsory part of school education, thus pressing this perversion on defenceless children and youth.

b)      Laws on so-called homophobia, which means that the parents who will defend their children against this perverted propaganda will be put in prison and their children will be given up to homosexuals for re-education.

c)      Perverted laws on same-sex marriages. By means of these laws the original cell of human society – the family – is being destroyed.

d)      Laws on adoption of children. Normal families which do not have children have to meet all kinds of absurd conditions; however, homosexuals can adopt children preferentially and without problems. What will become of these defenceless children? Homosexuals, of course!

 

The Lisbon Treaty hypocritically conceals the fact that 50-70% of people infected with the AIDS virus are homosexuals. For example in USA only in 1992 the total cost of the medical treatment of AIDS amounted to 13 billion USD! Nevertheless, several tens of thousands of people die from AIDS annually. But the worst of it is that homosexuality causes mental and spiritual disintegration of personality.

 

Serious diseases, loneliness, despair, hell on earth and eternal hell after death – these are the final consequences of demonic antivalues which are being promoted by the EU leadership! All natural ethic and moral values, which are integrated in Christianity, such as mercy, compassion, self-sacrifice, pure self-giving love, all ingenuous relationships between children and their parents as well as all natural and civic virtues which emphasize the value of human dignity are being eliminated and destroyed at the root by the LT antivalues. These are crimes against humanity! Spiritual values rooted in God’s Word and especially in the Gospel, which have ennobled Europe for almost 2000 years, are cynically boycotted and removed.

 

Homosexuality is anomalous and by no means natural. The purpose of sexuality, which forms part of human nature, is transmission of human life and maintenance of the matrimonial and family bonds which are vital for the creation of a healthy family. The family is the original cell of social life which not only gives birth to children but also brings them up. The sacrifices of parental love connected with the upbringing lay the healthy foundations for future generations. This is of invaluable benefit to the whole society. Breaking up of a family as such is caused by separating sexuality from its original purpose and turning it into satisfaction of sheer egoism which, moreover, breaks up even other families. Dissipated sexuality degrades one’s personality and, in addition, it is connected with a number of venereal diseases, out of which AIDS is incurable and fatal. The LT leads to the destruction of the institution of family predominantly by means of licensed homosexual propaganda. Human sexuality is a gift from God; however, if it is abused, it is eventually turned against man himself. It makes man a slave who ruins himself as well as his surroundings. That was why God has given in His Decalogue two commandments which are to keep this force within bounds so that it may not ruin the individual and society. God’s law sets bounds to natural sexuality, and perverted sexuality – homosexuality – is called by God’s Word an abomination. God warns all nations and all mankind against the homosexual epidemic by chastising Sodom and Gomorrah with terrible fire! The EU laws, by contrast, force this perversion on all people, including children, and this indeed is a crime against humanity. Homosexuality destroys the institution of family, causes mental disorders, corrupts the morals, degrades human dignity and makes man worse than an animal. Homosexuality opens man to demonic powers and to demonic perversion and possession.

 

Ad 2) Propagation of gender equality

 

Gender equality is a crime against human nature which has homosexuality in its essence. At present, the public meets with terms like: gender equality, gender policy, gender education, gender programme, gender stereotypes, gender culture... Almost none of the common people knows what is hidden behind the word “gender”. Genderists are no honest defenders of human rights but ideological manipulators and human engineers who after having violated the language in the name of sexual “justice” have now chosen to carry out another project – a total change in our heads. The great experiment of “a political change of the gender” (Volker Zastrow) is incompatible, as a matter of principle, with the natural human image. To put it simply, it is a loss of common sense – a man is no longer a man and a woman is no longer a woman! A citizen can even require a change of name in his private papers, for he is no longer John but Joanne. Mrs Angela, for a change, reincarnates into Mr Angelo, and this “fact” is also officially documented. In Western countries, where this gender policy has already been fully railroaded, absurdities occur pretty often: It is prohibited to use the form of address “Sir” or “Madam”, “Mr” or “Mrs” as well as to call one’s parents father and mother, for one cannot know what identity a particular person has chosen and one could thus offend him/her. Moreover, once this all is enacted, one could even commit “personal injury”. This whole politics is connected with normalization of homosexuality. Every human is born as a man or a woman, and this is not only a question of genital organs but also of the psychic setup and life’s mission which is realized in the matrimony through fulfilment of the paternal or maternal role. The difference of characters in matrimony should be complementary and lead to spiritual maturation when through self-sacrifice for the sake of their children man and woman deny their inborn egoism and thus develop spiritual values such as selflessness, pure love, tolerance, which is the opposite of egoism and cynicism. In this family harmony children can grow into mature personalities who in the future will not become slaves of lies, various dependences, such as on alcohol or drugs, criminality, sexual lusts or perversions which all lead to egoism and self-destruction. The so-called change of identity causes pain and suffering also to the close relatives with whom one is connected by family bonds.

 

Ad 3) Propagation of juvenile justice

 

The juvenile justice system does not permit a healthy upbringing but destroys it. It leads to egoism, lack of self-criticism, cynicism and inability to forgive and love. Man is born with the infection of original sin which makes him inclined to evil. On the other hand, part of our nature is conscience. It is God’s voice in us. Uncorrupted man, listening to this conscience, distinguishes between good end evil, justice and injustice. Every society always punished crimes. Every society had its courts and prisons in order to protect the sound core of society against the anomalies of a scattering of criminals, murderers, thieves or sexual maniacs. That was why every family brought up and educated its children – and the society its citizens – in such a way as to suppress the power of evil, egoism and intolerance from early childhood. A well-bred young boy or girl was considered the greatest value for the society. Man is an egoist by nature, takes offence when somebody tells him the truth about him, uses a double measure in judging – one for himself and another for others, purposefully exploits other people etc. Therefore he needs to be brought up, guided in justice and morality. Unfortunately, the so-called juvenile justice nips this all in the bud. What does God’s Word say about upbringing? “My son, do not regard lightly the discipline of the Lord, nor be weary when reproved by Him. For the Lord disciplines the one He loves, and chastises every son whom He receives... For what son is there whom his father does not discipline? ... We have had earthly fathers who disciplined us and we respected them. ... For the moment all discipline seems painful rather than pleasant, but later it yields the peaceful fruit of righteousness to those who have been trained by it.” (Hebr 12:5-11)

 

Juvenile justice prohibits parents or teachers from imposing whatever punishment on a child. Parents cannot even force their child to fulfil its duties. This concerns children and youth up to the age of 18. An underage son or daughter can do whatever they want – they can smoke, drink alcohol, watch pornographic films, play obscene computer games and lead a loose life. On the other hand, parents can be punished even for rebuking their offspring with a single word. The child will make a phone call and a commission will come and impose fines on its parents or, as the case may be, take the child away from them. Juvenile justice leads to antipedagogy and moral antivalues, i.e. to criminality. Juvenile laws serve as a means of bringing to ruin decent families (not such families where parents are criminals or immoral people).

 

Ad 4) Propagation of euthanasia

 

In Belgium euthanasia has been legalized; however, it can be performed only by a doctor with an explicit consent of the patient. Nevertheless, a recent research has shown that the reality is completely different – Belgian hospitals are dominated by the spirit of death. 120 out of 248 nurses under survey confessed that they had “helped” patients to end their lives without their knowledge, wish or consent. According to public opinion, however, many of the nurses were afraid of confessing to such collaboration because it was a murder and violation of law, so they feared to bear the responsibility. Euthanasia was legalized in Belgium 8 years ago; at present it makes up 2% of deaths and it is alleged that 20% of nurses take part in illegal assisted “suicides”. These are real murders of defenceless victims! These murders are uncontrollable and remain unpunished. What hypocrisy! A few years ago the EU managed to enforce the abolition of capital punishment for criminals in all European states. What is the result? Mass spread of criminality. Practically every bigger town in medieval Europe had its right of execution. So the town council could condemn a criminal to death. The execution was public and every criminal, even the most brutal one, had a chance to repent before his just death, a chance to confess his sins and save his immortal soul. The execution had a strong educative character for other criminals. There are people in whom evil and meanness are so deep-rooted that no rebukes or pleas can stop them from committing still other and other crimes. For many of them the only restraint is fear of the severest punishment, the punishment of death. In the case of criminals who were not even afraid of this punishment and continued their criminal activity the just punishment of death was in fact liberation; they were thus prevented from searching for new victims and committing new crimes. However, under the guise of false humanism the European laws have abolished capital punishment for criminals and instead legalized not only the killing of defenceless unborn children but also so-called euthanasia with the purpose of killing “unproductive” and undesirable people. What meanness! Children, deceived by this ideology of “easy death”, will kill their own parents without giving them a chance to repent, to be purged from sin, to responsibly end this life and pass to eternity. And this is called humanism, human rights and freedoms. From a certain point of view it would be just if EU ideologists, when in hospital, were provided this “beneficial service to mankind” – euthanasia. However, no true Christian wishes them this “beneficial service”, for on the last moments of one’s life depends all one’s eternity. Without repentance and without the saving faith the soul goes away into everlasting torment!

 

Rights and freedoms in the EU

 

Freedom in the EU looks like this:

 

1)      In England, it is prohibited to sell Christian postcards with the Child Jesus lying in a manger even at Christmas. However, all kinds of pornography must be not only tolerated but directly propagated even on the Christian territories in the EU.

 

2)      In some EU states, the clergy and religious are prohibited from wearing clerical dress and monk’s habit in public. Gays, on the other hand, are allowed to march publicly in the streets in eccentric dress or even without dress and to practise sodomy publicly, even in front of children. What freedom is it and what rights?

 

3)      At the decision of the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg, Italy has to remove all crosses and religious symbols from schools and hospitals, regardless of the fact that it is tied up with the Italian culture and with the almost 2000-year Christian tradition. On the other hand, almost all billboards display pornography and nobody can demand whatever restrictions. What freedom and rights for whom?

 

4)      A nurse in England was thrown out of work because she wore a small cross around her neck. Although she appealed to various courts, she lost the case. By contrast, satanists wear inverted crosses with impunity even in public to ridicule Christianity. What freedom and rights for whom?

 

5)      A pastor in Sweden who said in his sermon that homosexuality is a sin was put in prison. Where is the freedom of speech? Where is religious freedom?

 

6)      A certain pastor in Scotland preached the Gospel in the streets. Suddenly there came a woman and asked him whether homosexuality was a sin. He replied: “Yes.” The woman immediately called the police and the pastor was arrested and taken to prison. Where is the freedom of speech and religious freedom here? Religious freedom is perhaps granted to Muslims and Hindus or Buddhists but not to Christians. What prevails in the EU is christianophobia.

 

7)      In Lithuania, the citizens protested against a gay-pride but because homosexuals sued out “permission”, the police no longer respected the rights of the majority and stood in defence of a scattering of gays who introduce perverted antivalues. Homosexuals had a right to organize a gay-pride; however, the majority of the Lithuanian citizens did not have a right to organize a protest action. What freedom is here and what rights?

 

8)      There was a bill proposed in Lithuania for an act relating to the protection of children against homosexual propaganda. The majority of the nation endorsed the bill. However, the EU declared that such laws discriminate the homosexual minority and prohibited Lithuania from passing the bill. What freedom is this and what rights? Homosexuals are allowed to spread corrupt influence but children and parents do not have the right to defend themselves.

 

9)      All EU citizens have found themselves in great powerlessness and injustice, when without them the EU passed laws which are against them. Even if they now organized day-and-night manifestations demanding the basic human rights, it would be of no avail. Moreover, they would be accused of so-called homophobia and punished. What freedom and rights for whom?

 

10)  A certain lesbian in France appealed to the Court in Strasbourg after the court in France denied her adoption of a child. The Strasbourg Court compelled France to pay compensation to her (more than 6.000 EUR) and to give her the child. On the other hand, several families from Germany had to flee their country along with their children, otherwise their own children (not adopted ones) would be taken away from them. And that was only because the parents defended their children against homosexual propaganda. What freedom and what rights?

 

11)  A teacher in England who suggested to the mother of one of her pupils that she would pray for her ill child was dismissed from her job. The reason for her dismissal was violation of the child’s freedom. However, when gay activists or homosexual teachers force homosexual orientation upon the children and students, their parents are punished for defending them, for they thus commit so-called homophobia. Parents are punished for protecting their children and gay activists are protected by law for demoralization of children. What freedom and rights for whom?

 

12)  A certain homosexual in Poland demanded after the death of his partner that all his property should devolve on him. The Polish state authorities did not want to permit it as there are no such laws in Poland. However, the homosexual appealed to the Strasbourg Court which determined that the property had to be transferred to him. The whole case was intended as a precedent.

 

13)  The European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg determined that the Polish schools violate children’s rights when the children who do not want to attend religious classes do not have the option of ethics instead. On these grounds a Polish married couple, Mr and Mrs Grzelak, had lodged a complaint against Poland with the Strasbourg Court in 2002. The European Court of Human Rights arrived at the conclusion that practice in Polish schools breaks the ban on discrimination in the sphere of freedom of speech, conscience and religion. In numbers of schools on Christian territories (e.g. in the Czech Republic) children have no option of attending religious classes. However, as for discrimination against these children, the Strasbourg Court applies no efforts.

 

14)  The Strasbourg Court imposed a fine of 70.000 EUR on Russia for not allowing the public activity of Jehovah’s Witnesses. This organization, however, is not Christian and has elements of a sect. Why has the Strasbourg Court not condemned Pakistan which harshly discriminates Christians – practically every day Christians are being murdered, sexually abused and whole Christian families banished from their homes. E.g. in May 2010 about 250 Christian families had to flee Pakistan. Pakistan was not fined by the EU. Certainly, Pakistan is in Asia, but a great part of Russia is in Asia too. Not a single Jehovah’s Witness has been tortured to death in Russia or forced to flee his house. Where is here the right and justice which the Strasbourg Court promotes so vehemently?

 

15)  The EU has imposed an embargo on Nicaragua because of its laws on the protection of the unborn children. Why has the EU not imposed an embargo on Iran, Iraq, Pakistan, India, Sudan or Somalia where Christians are being not only discriminated but even persecuted, tortured and killed? The EU is hypocritically silent on these. Why? Because it is not concerned with the true rights and freedoms but only with the promotion of homosexual perversion and absurd gender equality.

 

16)  Turkey is a member of PACE. Three years ago a German pastor was brutally tortured to death in Turkey. In May 2010, President of the Catholic Bishops’ Conference of Turkey was killed. Christians in Turkey live in fear; they have no rights or freedoms. The EU is hypocritically silent on it. On the other hand, Ukraine – which also is just a member of PACE – is now visited by the Monitoring Committee commissions of differently sexually oriented women who threaten the Ukrainian government and deliver ultimatums demanding that the government should place the mass media at the disposal of homosexual propaganda towards adoption of so-called gender equality and homosexual laws. Why does the Monitoring Committee not visit Turkey and threaten its government with punishments in the same way as in Ukraine?

 

17)  If in any of the Muslim countries a Muslim believes in Christ and becomes a Christian, the authorities refuse to enter the Christian belief in his private papers. And even if they do enter it, this person is then ruthlessly persecuted and many times his life is at risk. Why does the EU not defend human rights and freedoms in these countries?

 

However, if a man demands that state authorities in the EU enter in his private papers that he is a woman, these authorities must not only respect this nonsense but also quickly fulfil his demand. This person is not at risk of being persecuted. The EU hypocritically calls it a human right and freedom which must not be restricted in whatever way.

 

Within 30-40 years about 15.000.000 Muslims have moved to Europe and settled down. In Italy they have already started to claim privileges, e.g. they demand removal of all Christian symbols in the neighbourhood of their place of residence.

 

Christians had to flee Mosul in Iraq in masses. Three buses of Christian university students were blown up by the Muslims. By contrast, there has not been a single Muslim family that would be forced to flee a Christian state because of discrimination. Why does the EU not promote true religious tolerance and justice? The Muslims are free to build their mosques on the whole territory of Christian Europe. So it would be just if Christians too were given freedom to build their churches on Muslim territories. In the span of the last 30 years there have been thousands of mosques built in Europe, whereas on the Muslim territories even the old Christian churches have been pulled down, not to mention great sacrifices in blood. Why does the EU not lay embargoes on the Muslim countries for these crimes? Why does it not threaten them with monitoring committees? Here we can see that the words about human rights and freedoms in the mouth of the EU leadership are mere hypocrisy and serve as a weapon for the promotion of perverted laws against humanity. This is the true face of the LT ideology.

 

Apostatical and true Christianity

 

After the Second Vatican Council the Catholic Church has opened up uncritically to the spirit of the world. Through atheistic philosophy which is behind the so-called historical-critical method the foundations of Christianity are being denied. Through a so-called regard for other religions the Church has been penetrated by the spirit of apostasy and idolatry. This apostasy has brought down a curse on the former Christian nations. At present, all cardinals and almost all bishops are under God’s curse – anathema – for the reason that they do not proclaim the true teaching and have not separated from the contemporary heresies. A reform entails removal of heretical prelates from office by the Pope and appointment of new ones, through whom the true reform of the Catholic Church may be carried out. Scandals connected with paedophilia and homosexuality bear witness to a great crisis.

 

We do believe that the Church will see a true reform.

 

Europe has been Christian for almost 2000 years. True Christianity develops that which is natural and good in man, forms a sound conscience and establishes harmony through outward and inward self-denial. Jesus said: “Deny yourself, take up your cross and follow Me.” This is the programme for every Christian every day and for all generations. Why? Man must deny himself so as to overcome laziness, envy, jealousy, anger, a desire for revenge, self-pity, egoism, unjust criticism, self-exaltation, the tendency to exploit other people and the like. Here we can see that unless man denies himself, unless he learns this basic rule which, however, is connected with the relation to Jesus and with the relation to transcendence (the supernatural), he not only causes harm to others but also ruins himself. Jesus’ words: “Whoever desires to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for My sake and the Gospel’s will save it” point out the essence. This is not about some external humanism or petty-bourgeois morality, this is the hardest fight with the root of evil, that is, with our pride and lusts. Thirst for career and for manipulation of others, unless directed rightly, leads to demonic self-divinization which is the contrary of self-sacrificing love. But most importantly, the fight on this “platform” decides man’s eternal future – salvation or condemnation of each and every individual. God is love. Jesus Christ, the Son of God, became man out of love for us and, dying on the shameful cross, delivered us from the slavery of sin which is in us and which has its power in lies. The father of lies is an antigod, the devil. Jesus said about the devil that he is a liar and a murderer. God’s Word further says that he, as well as his servants, transforms himself into an angel of light. His servants are various ideologists, demagogues, philosophers and psychologists whose ideologies and lies led the entire nations to the slaughter. These people had nothing to do with the truth which is essentially connected with God. God is love but He is also the truth. Jesus said: “I am the way, the truth, and the life.” Our life programme is to follow this way. To give the first place to God, which is also the first God’s commandment: “You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your strength.” Jesus has given us an example to follow, He is our pattern, the true Way, the very Truth and the eternal Life. All other ways of various human ideologists or founders of human religions are ways leading to eternal damnation and, moreover, causing disharmony and decay in the world. The peace Jesus gives us is a peace which the world cannot give. Everyone can try it personally. Every human soul longs for happiness by nature. Man will not find happiness in illicit sexuality, let alone perverted one. He will not find it in egoistic seeking of his own self or of his temporal interests. Man was created for eternity. St. Augustine says: “You have made us for Yourself, O Lord, and our heart is restless until it rests in You.” The root of true human wisdom is that man seriously reckons with the end, that means with death, God’s judgement and eternity. Jesus’ word holds true for every one of us: “Be prepared, because you do not know the day nor the hour” when God will call you from the earthly pilgrimage. Our true home is in heaven. Jesus has prepared a place for us there. Therefore the essential thing for man to attain salvation is to stop, realize the sin which lies heavy on his conscience and believe in God’s love. Then to give his sins to Jesus, for in Him only is our salvation. Jesus died for all sins, but only those will be saved who humbly admit their sins and receive Jesus as their Saviour and Lord. Those who reject Him call down God’s justice upon themselves, i.e. the eternal punishment of hell in communion with demons and with proud and impenitent outcasts of human society. These outcasts of human society are those in the first place who purposefully advocate antidivine laws and thus commit crimes against humanity and lead masses of souls to eternal damnation through a perverted ideology, systematic lie and forcible dictatorship. Unless these criminals repent, they will be eternally condemned.

 

So that man can follow God’s voice of conscience and accept the divine laws which are opposed to egoism and evil, he needs a living and not just formal faith. To be a true Christian and not a kind of a prelate who has nothing to do with self-denial or the following of Christ – this is great and true heroism. The examples which the Church sets before us in the first place are not only the apostles but also thousands of martyrs who shed their blood for the sake of God’s laws and in zeal for the salvation of immortal souls.

 

What does Europe need? It needs to bring up a generation of true holy men and women who by their example of pure love connected with the observance of God’s laws will bring true harmony into breaking-up families. Who will bring love to the defenceless children! Who will bring an ideal to disorientated and demoralized youth. Who will bring self-sacrificing love to the old and ill parents! Who will bring an ideal of dignity to men and women. Who will bring self-sacrificing love instead of egoism and cynicism! Who will bring the Truth – Christ who is life, and drive out the lies and the liar who is death!

 

Europe has a chance of returning to its sound Christian roots! The Lisbon Treaty legislation is doing quite the contrary – it destroys the last remains of dignity (through homosexuality), destroys human nature (through gender ideology), promotes criminality (juvenile justice) instead of sound education and killing (euthanasia) instead of respect for old and ill people.

 

The laws in every human society have always protected the defenceless and punished the criminals.

 

The words about human rights and freedoms from the mouth of the EU are a deceit and distortion!

 

Democracy and freedom are out of the question in the EU. On 19th February 2009 Czech President Václav Klaus, as President of a country presiding over the European Council, said in his speech in the European Parliament: “The current decision-taking system in the EU is something different from time-tested democracy... it promotes only one alternative... Where there is no opposition, freedom disappears.”

 

Conclusion: We, Bishops of the UOGCC, are obliged before God, before our conscience and before all mankind, on behalf of all genuine Christians, to warn You of the necessity of bringing this legal action against 27 commissioners of the EU on grounds of humanity crimes. These ideologists, who are fully responsible for the legalization of antivalues, must be tried and condemned. Unless this is done, the demonic LT ideology will perpetrate a far greater genocide and holocaust than the ideology of Fascism which was condemned at Nuremberg!

 

God says even today: “I have set before you today life and death! So make a choice!” (cf. Deut 30:15)
