Formation of United Eastern Europe (UEE)

To the governments of Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, Moldova, Georgia and Armenia

and to their Church representatives

On 5th October 2010 the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) plans to take a verdict against the Ukrainian democracy. For that reason President of the PACE Mevlüt Çavu?o?lu arrived in Ukraine (20th-22nd September 2010) and visited the President of Ukraine, Prime Minister and other Ukrainian representatives in Kiev. Ukraine was also visited by two PACE reporters, Ms Wolwend and Ms Reps, so that in cooperation with Mr Çavu?o?lu they might find some artificial arguments for their verdict against Ukraine. This whole negotiation is hypocrisy on the part of the PACE which pushes through an antihuman gender-gay ideology leading to the establishment of antivalues and destruction of moral and Christian principles. In actual fact, it seeks to deprive Ukraine of her independence and sovereignty. A means to this end is the signing of an open-market contract between the EU and Ukraine (22nd November 2010), which will help the predatory EU market system strip the very last independent enterprises in Ukraine of their assets and ruin the Ukrainian economy. These days the EU, UN and certain supranational power centres are exerting psychological and economic pressure on Ukraine. Using bribes, they seek to gain over traitors in the ranks of politicians and high state officials so that these afterwards change the Ukrainian legislation and even the Constitution by deceit. These moves are dishonest, undemocratic, mean and amoral. To achieve their purpose they need not only to change the legislation but also to gain absolute control over the mass media and thus to complete annexation of Ukraine by the EU.

The question is what powers the PACE has in relation to the sovereign states which are not EU members. On 1st January 2010, an antihuman ideology of the Lisbon Treaty (LT) was established in the EU as the highest principle. The LT denies the nature of man, promotes and legalizes antivalues and perversities and destroys Christianity and Christian values, the foundation of the European culture, at the root. As for the rest of the European states which are not EU members, joining the EU is by no means the solution. On the contrary, it is necessary to form another bloc as a counterbalance: United Eastern Europe (UEE). The PACE has completely lost its substantiation because it promotes an antihuman ideology of the EU which runs counter to the laws of the independent Eastern states of Europe. The PACE has become an ideological instrument of promoting the perverted amoral ideology of the Lisbon Treaty and the EU policy. Its aim is gradual occupation of the Eastern states and their incorporation into the antidemocratic EU system.

Exercising total control over the mass media, the EU and PACE seek to establish their ideology and to deprive the Ukrainian nation of its sovereignty. This gradual elimination of moral and national values is now being enforced even by psychological pressure especially on the President of Ukraine and on members of the Government and Parliament, so that they betray and sell the soul of the Ukrainian nation by embracing a demonic gender-gay ideology.

What is hidden behind the term “gender-gay”?

1)      Legalization of so-called same-sex marriages. Normal family is labelled as a negative “gender stereotype”.

2)      Gay adoption of children. It actually means legalization of paedophilia and defilement of defenceless children in the unnatural ill environment of two perverts.

3)      Gay propaganda: propagation of homosexual perversion in all the mass media (so-called freedom of speech) and its integration in all spheres of the society – kindergartens, all types of schools, culture, art, advertisements, judicial system. This is, in essence, absolute domination of perverted people over the majority of the citizens.

4)      Introduction of punishments in accordance with the so-called gender-gay laws. These punishments shall be imposed on parents who will defend their children against this amoral epidemic which will be cynically supported by the new legislation and amended Constitution of Ukraine. Nevertheless, we still believe that this will not happen. But Ukraine is now being pressured by the EU into embracing the gender ideology through bribery and treason on the part of certain individuals.

Another anomaly is legalization of gender equality. This means that a man has to be officially registered as a woman if he applies for it or, similarly, a woman has to be accepted as a man. Disregard for this madness will be punished as discrimination on grounds of gender identity. Next, according to the gender ideology children can no longer call their parents mother and father. It is said to be a barrier to gender equality. Moreover, a woman cannot be presented in the mass media as a mother with a child, for the EU calls this sexism. What hypocrisy! Real sexism on billboards, in the mass media and in journals has never been prohibited in the EU.

This is the true level of the EU and the so-called international standard of the new Code of human rights and opportunities in the EU!

The Lisbon Treaty promoting antivalues is an embodiment of an ideology against humanity which is far more felonious than the ideology of Nazism which was condemned in Nuremberg. This ideology destroys all human values as well as Christianity at the root.

In this historic hour the Bishops’ Synod of the UOGCC, which defends true Christian values, turns to the governments of Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, Moldova, Georgia and Armenia with an appeal not to allow elimination of the Christian values which ensure dignity, freedom and rights of every human being and his inner happiness here on earth as well as after death. Jesus Christ died for us and for our sins. If we commit ourselves to Him and receive Him in truth as our personal Saviour and Lord, He will deliver us from the cruelest slavery, from the slavery of sin and our dependence on it (alcoholism, drug addiction, moral perversion, AIDS etc.). Jesus Christ is the only way to salvation. And we, Christians, are obliged to return to Him and to His Gospel as the only fountain of life. Millions of Christians died and die martyrs for their faithfulness to Him. We and our generation are obliged, too, to safeguard these spiritual treasures of the saving faith which ensure our eternal life. We are obliged to hand them on to the future generations. At the present time, when the rule of antichrist is coming which incorporates antivalues, antilaws and total perversions, it is necessary that we, Eastern Christians, should preserve the deposit of true faith. Western Christianity has betrayed Christ and apostatized from the true and saving faith. The fruit is paedophilia, homosexuality and other perversions. All this is a consequence of Western heresies which in their pride have placed the so-called scientism of the historical-critical theology above the Gospel and denied not only the very Divinity of Christ but even the very inspiration of the Holy Scripture. The Second Vatican Council opened the door to all heresies and to uncritical openness to the spirit of the world. Its statement concerning a so-called regard for other religions practically said that we ought to worship demons which are in the centre of all pagan religions. An example of apostasy is Pope John Paul II who opened the Catholic Church to official syncretism in Assisi in 1986 and 2002. This spirit of Assisi has mesmerized public opinion in the Catholic Church and made the Catholics believe that paganism which worships demons is an alternative way to salvation. In Western Europe this heresy has opened the door to Buddhism, Hinduism and Islam. We would like to advise of the fact that this year our Bishops’ Synod has promulgated an anathema against 4872 Catholic bishops for their apostasy from the faith. Each one of them was repeatedly appealed to confess the true faith and to renounce unity with the contemporary heresies which deny the essence of Christianity (cf. Gal 1:8-9). Our orthodox Catholic Bishops’ Synod also appealed to the Pope to depose these traitors and apostates from office and to consecrate true-Catholic bishops who will start a necessary reform of the Catholic Church. Our Synod repeatedly appeals to the Pope to start this reform. The treacherous hierarchy has brought down a curse – anathema acc. Gal 1:8-9 – even on the whole Western world. A great hope for the salvation and renewal of Christianity is the Christians of Eastern Europe. United Eastern Europe formed by them, which will be built on Christian principles, can then offer resistance to the perverted ideology of the EU. This ideology is cunningly promoted by PACE whose existence has thus lost its substantiation.

Of what avail will be temporal and fictitious economic prosperity if the EU nations will be morally devastated by satanic antivalues which lead to the genocide of the individual, nation and all Europe? In the end even this economic prosperity will find itself in a crisis and the promised paradise on earth will turn into a mere utopia. When God and His laws are removed from the society, it is necessarily followed by demoralization and self-destruction. This is what the EU is heading for.

UEE as a whole will be able to resist the extreme pressure on the part of the EU and other supranational power centres. Individual states will not resist the EU’s liquidation pressure and therefore it is necessary to form the UEE as soon as possible. We appeal to all bishops of Eastern Europe as well as to all believers to pray for the formation of this Eastern coalition which will defend state sovereignty as well as moral and Christian values. A true Christian reform must foster moral values which will lead the young generation to personal responsibility and to responsibility in the family and social life. It should enjoy cooperation of all the mass media. However, up to this time the mass media have been an instrument of propagation of the Western antivalues – decadent music introducing the cult of violence, perversion, drugs and AIDS. All states of Eastern Europe should be united through a treaty which would build the legislation of the individual member states on Christian, natural and national values. This treaty would not allow whatever propagation of decadent antivalues or demoralization of the society through the gender-gay policy.
