Patriarch of Moscow and All Russia

An open letter to Patriarch Cyril

Your Beatitude,

on 13th October 2010 You were visited in Moscow by the president of the PACE Mevlüt Çavu?o?lu, who invited You to the PACE in Strasbourg.

The Bishops’ Synod of the UOGCC warns: PACE represents an antichristian system of death which embodies antivalues into laws.

These days the EU and CoE enforce homosexuality, transexuality and other perversions on the European states on the basis of new international treaties, declarations and resolutions as an international obligation.

Establish concrete requirements to the PACE:

1)      To remove from the laws of the CoE promotion of homosexuality.

2)      To put a ban on gay marriages.

3)      To put a ban on the adoption of children by homosexuals.

4)      To annul the so-called homophobic laws.

5)      To prohibit the so-called juvenile justice.

6)      To abolish gender legislation.

7)      To prohibit abortions.

8)      Not to allow euthanasia.

These requirements protect human nature, general moral and spiritual values and human life against the cruellest dictatorship.

By its resolution “The right to conscientious objection in lawful medical care” (No. 1763) adopted on 10th July 2010, the PACE normalized and indirectly legalized euthanasia for all CoE member states. In countries where euthanasia has never been enacted, an international document gives physicians so-called right to refuse to perform euthanasia. Quotation: “No person shall be coerced ... to perform an abortion or euthanasia.” On the other hand, the resolution commits the state to provide alternatives to the performance of an abortion or euthanasia.

Through the so-called international obligations the PACE subjects to itself sovereign states and circumvents their legislature. On the basis of the so-called international treaties it carries out inspections and monitoring and imposes sanctions on national governments. This is a modern model not only of dictatorship but also of an international crime.

As for euthanasia, except for three countries – Belgium, Germany and the Netherlands, euthanasia has been legalized in no European state. In its documents the PACE already includes euthanasia in “lawful medical care” and legalizes it in practice. Euthanasia should be tested first on those who enforced it cunningly. Dictatorship of the PACE exploits last remnants of democracy in Ukraine, Russia and other countries so as to embody this totalitarian ideology as soon as possible.

PACE has introduced capital punishment for innocent people – euthanasia, or sweet death. This sentence of death is executed without a decree of the court, without a verdict of guilty, without witnesses. One cannot appeal to any authority because the agents of death (special psychologists) and murderers in white (doctors) are protected by law. Euthanasia affects all strata of society without exception. Those who are in hospital are simply unlucky. In compliance with the new international obligations, treaties and resolutions they can, unexpectedly, be carried out in a hearse.

An example from Belgium: Out of 248 medical workers surveyed, more than 120 killed patients without their knowledge.

As from 7th October 2010, the killings of patients are legal, and the physician who refuses to kill the patients is not yet liable to punishment.

Your Beatitude, the Vatican has failed. It is now up to You to start to act! Unless PACE accepts Your demands within one month, i.e. by 7th November 2010, appeal to the Russian Government and to other countries of Eastern Europe to resign their membership in the Council of Europe.

In Christ,

Bishops’ Synod of the UOGCC
