PACE changes doctors into murderers

The Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) intends to elevate abortion and euthanasia above all human rights.

Every doctor, be it an atheist or a Christian, swore the Hippocratic Oath until quite recently in which he promised to use all means to save a human life. And now every doctor is compelled by the Parliamentary Assembly to do quite the opposite and be ready to kill unborn children (abortion) as well as so-called unproductive and undesirable people (euthanasia). Euthanasia has by now been legalized in Belgium, the Netherlands and Germany. Under the slogan of unification the EU and the CoE will soon force other states too to change their legislation.

In Belgium, 120 out of 248 nurses under survey admitted that they had “helped” the patients to end their lives without their knowledge, request or consent.

Eurodeputy M. Mikolášik (Slovak Republic) said: “If someone violates human rights, it is bad. If these rights are grossly violated by those whose duty is to protect them, it is desperate.” These words referred to the prepared Report N. 12 347 of the Council of Europe (7 October 2010) entitled “Women’s access to lawful medical care: the problem of unregulated use of conscientious objection”. The very misleading title of this document questions the doctor’s conscience and puts it outside the law. Antivalues include not only the culture of death, abortions and euthanasia but also propagation of so-called gender-gay equality and paedophilia. Through the mediation of the Ministries of Family, Education, Health… and of other key persons who have sold their souls as well as the souls of the Ukrainians, the EU and the UN are exerting extremely strong pressure on the President of Ukraine. The aim is to introduce the gender-gay policy and the juvenile justice system. This will start up demoralizing and deadly machinery of antilaws. Those who will then protect moral and universal values will be labelled as criminals, enemies of Ukraine, and mercilessly punished.

Eurodeputy M. Mikolášik explains that the PACE wants to force its member states into elevating the so-called right to abortion and euthanasia above all human and civil rights. In other words, they are to establish a so-called right to kill the defenceless. Even despots like Pol Pot, Hitler or other mass murderers of humanity did not promote rights like this!

Concerning doctors who will refuse to kill unborn children (abortion) and unproductive and undesirable citizens (euthanasia), the eurodeputy states: “A register of these doctors is being prepared which will be followed by an effective complaint mechanism. … By taking this measure, the renowned Council of Europe has put itself on an equal footing with assemblies à la North Korean Parliament or Legislative Assembly of Iran.” (4 October 2010)

The 35th session of the PACE started on 7th October 2010. On 4th October 2010, Metropolitan of the Orthodox Church of Ukraine Volodymyr turned to President of Ukraine, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Prime Minister, President of the Standing Ukrainian Parliamentary Delegation to the PACE and MPs of Ukraine with a demand concerning the prepared document N. 12 347.

The Metropolitan clearly defined a Christian approach to life: “The Christian attitude towards abortions is quite clear – abortion is a murder of an unborn human being. ... A mechanism of complaints against doctors or members of the medical staff who will refuse to perform an abortion is categorically inadmissible.”

The Synod of the UOGCC fully agrees with the standpoint of eurodeputy M. Mikolášik (SR) as well as with the statement of Metropolitan of the Orthodox Church of Ukraine Volodymyr.

On 7th October 2010, PACE responded to the protest of Ukraine. It issued a new document N. 1763 which, however, concerns not only abortions but also the right to euthanasia. So it only changed the title in fact. It is shameful that the Catholic Church was silent. For the time being, a doctor has a right to refuse to perform an abortion or euthanasia; however, this is only a provisional measure.

The Synod of the UOGCC proposes that Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, Moldova, Armenia, Georgia and Serbia resign their membership in the criminal organization of the CoE which establishes a dictatorship and introduces antilaws, and is driven by the demon of demoralization (gender-gay policy) and death (abortions, euthanasia). The Synod proposes again that these states form a bloc of United Eastern Europe (UEE) founded on Christian and moral principles and not on the perverted and criminal ideology of the EU which is forced by the PACE even upon sovereign states of Eastern Europe with the purpose of their annexation to the EU.
