PACE controls Ukraine

                                                     Reply to Ms Wohlwend, co-rapporteur of the PACE

 

Madam,

we hereby reply to Your verdict delivered on 5th October 2010 in Strasbourg. The mass media in Ukraine had launched already in advance an artificial and mendacious campaign under the pretext that Ukraine does not respect basic human rights, democracy and freedom of speech. In the atmosphere of this campaign You arrived in Ukraine to make hypocritical inspection which had been preceded by a series of activities on the part of the West. There was exerted psychological pressure on the government and members of the Ukrainian Parliament (MPs were invited almost every month to the PACE – the centre of the Council of Europe, the President was invited to Berlin /by Merkel/, to Brussels, to United Nations, and also there were many visitors coming from the EU to Ukraine). It was a psychological manipulation and pressure on the government of Ukraine to promote homosexual laws, demoralization of youth and nation, and introduction of the culture of death and the annexation of Ukraine to the EU.

 

In 2005, the PACE made Ukraine adopt a law “On Equal Rights and Opportunities for Women and Men”. Nobody knew that under the term “gender equality” is hidden the introduction of gay marriages, adoption of children by homoseuals and promotion of homosexuality into all spheres of life.

 

On 29th April 2010, in the document No.1728 the PACE openly announced what gender really is. It even includes the so-called right of a man to be a woman, and his decision must be formally inscribed in his passport. This document of the PACE was officially adopted but the mass media remain silent. It is in the interest of the PACE and of the West that people are not informed about what “gender” actually means. The term “gender” as a Trojan horse will open the door to the legalization of homosexuality and to a series of other laws which will gradually introduce the same dictatorship as in the EU. It is necessary to know that different organizations supported by the West and following the policy of disintegration of the republic are taking pretty bribes, for example 14 million on the propagation of the gender-gay ideology, 630 million to pull the wool over the eyes of the Ukrainian government, 450 million on the so-called fight against AIDS. However, in fact it is not the fight against AIDS but its deliberated spread. We remind that 50% of AIDS carriers are homosexuals and we also remind that during his life an average homosexual has sexual intercourse with 200-500 men. So the AIDS infection has marvellous conditions for expansion, mainly thanks to homosexual propaganda in schools, thanks to mass media and new laws.

 

What does freedom and democracy look like in the EU?

 

1)      On 7th October 2010, there was a 35th sitting of the PACE which examined a document No. 12347. According to the Hippocratic Oath a physician has an obligation to protect life; however, according to the antilaws of the EU and of the PACE he is forced to kill the defenceless. In the proposed document of the PACE the matter was discrimination of a physician who – appealing to his conscience – will refuse to kill unborn children (abortion) or unproductive and undesirable people through euthanasia. PACE suggests that such physicians should be put on the index and that there should be developed a so-called “effective complaint mechanism”. Similar registries had the Nazi SS police and Gestapo in Germany. On 4th October 2010, MEP M. Mikolášik criticized this discrimination saying: “By taking this measure, the renowned Council of Europe has put itself on an equal footing with assemblies like North Korean Parliament or Legislative assembly of Iran.” According to Mikolášik the CoE wants to force on its member countries that they should elevate “the right to abortion and euthanasia” above all human and civil rights. The MEP also declares: “If someone is violating human rights, it is bad. But when they are grossly violated by the one who is there to ensure their observance, it is desperate.” Well, it is not Ukraine, but the PACE that violates not only democracy but also basic human rights and introduces criminal laws against humanity. After protest of Metropolitan Vladimir from Ukraine, the PACE only hypocritically changed the title of the document. For the time being, a physician will not be punished if, according to conscientious objection, he will refuse to kill unborn children or non-productive people by euthanasia.

 

2)      In Ukraine the PACE is disintegrating democracy through mass media which are in the hands of bought people and openly promote the policy of the EU. However, as they still do not have the rule fully in their hands, they are screaming along with You that there is no freedom of speech, but censorship. It is true that there is no freedom of speech, but from a completely different point of view than You put it. It is mass media that are controlled and manipulated by the West, which do not guarantee this freedom. We have a lot of experience in this respect. Not a single article which would deal with the issue of gender or juvenile justice has been published. The public is still kept in ignorance as to the term gender. When the mass media are fully under the Western monopoly, they will manipulate whole public beyond comparison. Already now they carry on a one-sided propaganda of homosexuality and transexuality (see UT-1 on 11th October 2010, 10:00 am. to 11:20 am.).

 

In recent time we have been sending articles to mass media every day, highlighting three things. Member of Parliament must protect interests of the citizens:

a) against the so-called gender-gay ideology (homodiсtatorship)

b) against the adoption of the juvenile justice system (depriving parents of children)

c) to defend the sovereignty of Ukraine, not to betray it for money or sell it.

 

These articles we sent out to all political parties too and asked for their publication in the mass media because it concerns elections. We were not given a single minute in the mass media, not a single sentence was published. Who has an interest in it? SBU which You, Ms Wohlwend, accused of abridging the freedom of mass media? Or is it a pre-set standards of the West determining about what one is or is not allowed to speak? The faithful of our church are constantly and vainly trying to break into the mass media by sending there various articles. We therefore propose that the government introduces strict censorship of Western interests in the mass media and prevents systematic demoralization of the nation which takes place through the promotion of the cult of violence, impurity etc.

 

3)      Ms Wohlwend, You spoke about violation of rights in Ukraine. We ask You: Have You investigated the causes of suicides committed by two mothers in the Poltava region in September this year? We ask: Has there been an opportunity to bring this issue up for discussion in the mass media? Who is responsible for these crimes? We quote a report by the Ministry for Family from 30th August 2010: “An information campaign against domestic violence has been launched in the Poltava region. The campaign will last until the end of September... The all-Ukrainian campaign “I am against violence” organized by the Ministry for Family, Youth and Sport is sponsored by the European Union, the Council of Europe, the UN Development Programme...” What did that grand campaign in the Poltava region look like in practice? A lot of children were taken away from their mothers and these mothers were forced to pay large sums of money. The mothers who got their children back were threatened: “If you don’t keep silent, you’ll see your children no more!”

 

One of the mothers testifies: “You cannot even imagine the horror of your children being taken away from you. I experienced something terrible. Who could endure that? They snatch your very own from you. It’s such a terrible shock and pain that woman’s heart simply cannot bear it. I myself was within an ace of suicide. It’s such unbearable pain. Your child is being snatched from your arms, crying for help, calling you, its mother, and you understand that you can do nothing and that you will see your child never more. Its fate is in those cruel, inhuman hands. In such situation even the strongest mind breaks down.”

 

The Ministry of Family and Youth is responsible for the tragic death of two Ukrainian mothers in the Poltava region.

 

On 15th September 2010, Mrs Yuliya, mother of two children, committed suicide in the Lokhvytskyi district. Both children had been forcibly and without any reason taken away from her. She jumped under train in despair.

 

Another of the mothers cried when her children were being taken away from her: “Don’t take them, please, I will die!” But they did take them cynically, and she hanged herself immediately afterwards.

 

Another victim was the mother Yoanna. Because the suicide of the two mothers had already become known, this mother got her child back so that the background of the whole criminal organization was not revealed.

 

Ms Wohlwend, who has established this structure, who commits these acts of violence? Who is to blame for this all is the Ministry of Family along with the EU, the PACE, the UN and other organizations. Why are the mass media silent on it? You should now alarm them into disclosure of the background of this real violence. If there was true democracy in Ukraine, all these criminals would end up in jail. What right had the EU and PACE to establish juvenile justice structures in the Poltava region if juvenile justice has not been legalized in Ukraine? This is a sign of negligence and internal weakness of the government and, on the other hand, a sign of arrogance of the PACE and of the traitors of Ukraine.

 

4)      Ms Wohlwend, we ask: What right has the PACE to encroach upon the sovereignty of an independent state? Ukraine has not approved homosexuality; nevertheless, the above-mentioned Ministry along with other organizations and bribed feminists in the highest positions introduce the homosexual policy. There have already been 5 gender-gay university departments established in Ukraine. The gender-gay ideology leads to destruction of the family and to moral and physical devastation or to downright genocide. True democracy must defend the rights of its citizens. Unfortunately You are right, there is no democracy in Ukraine but rather anarchy, or, one can say, now already a dictatorship established by the PACE and by other Western structures.

 

Ms Wohlwend, we would like to remind You that real violation of democracy and freedom of speech is being committed in the very EU.

 

a)      In Spain, a certain TV channel has been fined 100.000 euros for a short TV programme against homosexuality. Give concrete examples when the government of Ukraine fined any of the TV channels and what for? On 11th October 2010, from 10 am to 11:20 am, one of the Ukrainian TV channels broadcasted a demoralizing programme which propagated homosexuality, transsexuality and other perversions. Homosexual propaganda is not allowed in Ukraine. Following the EU norms, the TV channel UT-1 should be fined several million euros for that particular programme.

 

b)      In Spain, the judge F. Calamita advocated a defenceless child so as to prevent it from being adopted by two lesbians and thus falling a victim to paedophilia. He was fined 104.000 euros. Admittedly, Ukraine is notorious for corrupt practices but so great lawlessness as in the EU is not seen here. We do not mean to justify corrupt practices; corrupt practices should be punished, and especially those used by the EU in Ukraine!

 

c)      In Ireland, a civil servant who will refuse to solemnize a homosexual marriage will be sentenced to six months of imprisonment, fined and thrown out of work. We ask: Is this democracy and freedom of speech?

 

d)      In England, gay activists organize reeducation of teachers. If a teacher refuses to attend their lecture in school, he or she is dismissed from employment. Where is democracy? This is absolute homodictatorship.

 

e)      In Belgium, out of 248 medical workers surveyed about 120 practised euthanasia without the patient’s consent. We ask: Have these murderers been punished? Has at least one of the murderers been helped by euthanasia without his consent?

 

PACE promotes not only homosexuality and abortions but also euthanasia. Under the slogan of unification we shall soon be forced to adopt laws on euthanasia. Where is the freedom of the individual nations and the freedom of individuals? There is none. There is only dictatorship.

 

f)        In Lithuania, people have been outraged these days by an increasing gay propaganda not only in schools but even in kindergartens. Thousands of parents have risen in revolt and demand protection of their children against the open gay propaganda.

 

Ms Wohlwend, who really violates democracy? Where is the freedom of speech? This is homodictatorship.

 

In spite of the fact that gay propaganda is not allowed in Ukraine, through the mediation of traitors the Ministry of Education has started providing so-called gender-equality courses for teachers. They are already preparing a curriculum including gender-gay “ethics” for the 5th to 11th year. The results of the school gender competition will be announced on 6th November 2010. We are astonished that homodictatorship is being established even in Ukraine, and that without state permission and without the parents’ consent.

 

Ms Wohlwend, we ask You within the bounds of the freedom of speech: Is it true that the EU has established homodictatorship and is it true that the Western centres have control of most of the mass media in Ukraine and cause disintegration of the state? Within the bounds of the freedom of speech, let there be a discussion of these issues in the mass media. In September this year Olivier Adam, the UN system coordinator, forced homosexuality upon Ukraine under the guise of elimination of gender inequality. In July Nina Karpachova, the ombudsman, applied to Prime Minister M. Azarov for an acceleration and official confirmation of gender equality in Ukraine. Does this woman defend moral values or perversions? Does she defend the rights of a defenceless majority or the iniquities committed by a small caste of gays? We ask: Why have the mass media of the individual EU member states not brought up the issue of so-called gender equality for discussion so as to give an opportunity even to the gender opposition within the bounds of the freedom of speech? And we ask too: Why could the people in the EU not determine by referendum whether or not to accept the gender policy connected with the Lisbon Treaty? The Lisbon Treaty was imposed by deceit. When the Irish people voted “no” in the first referendum, the EU hypocritically conducted a second referendum which had been preceded by strong psychological and economic pressures and manipulation. Is this the freedom of speech? Is this democracy? Please, answer, Ms Wohlwend.

 

When promoting so-called gender equality, why don’t You say that You promote homosexuality in fact and that 50% of homosexuals spread the deadly AIDS virus? Why don’t You say that homosexuals account for 50% of murders in New York and 30.000 cases of sexual child abuse in Los Angeles? Why don’t You publish further statistics too? Is this the freedom of speech – conscious concealment of the essential facts? Your “much ado about freedom of speech” pursues one aim: the government must place the mass media under complete control of the Western monopoly and via these mass media, without any competition, Ukraine must be committed to the prison of the nations, i.e. the EU.

 

You spoke about discrimination in Ukraine on grounds of gender identity and sexual orientation. What is this gender identity and sexual orientation? The gender ideology maintains that each person is bisexual and can freely choose his or her gender. We ask what gender have You chosen? And, moreover, it is really a crime to manipulate children’s sexuality before and at puberty as it is done by the perverted gay activists. They propagate so-called non-traditional “sexual orientation”. This term, however, covers not only homosexuality but also sexual attraction to animals, to dead bodies, sadism, sexual killings and other mental deviations and perversions.

 

The newspaper “Gazeta po ukrajinski” (8/10) carries Your photograph and a big headline: “Yanukovych got a D from Europe”. Mrs Yuliya Tymoshenko is in unity with this assessment of Yours. Obviously, Europe likewise should get a mark from Yanukovych; however, in this case it should be not a D but an F with a great number of exclamation marks and subsequent severance of the harmful relations with the EU and PACE. The only reasonable solution to be applied by the President is to resign Ukraine’s membership in the PACE as soon as possible and to form an opposition bloc with Russia, Belarus, Moldova, Georgia and Armenia against the criminal EU ideology. President V. Yanukovych should depose all civil servants who betray the nation and destroy moral and spiritual values of Ukraine! In addition, within the bounds of democracy he should nationalize all the mass media so that they not serve the purpose of demoralization but moral education and a true reform of Ukraine. Consequently, he should get an A for that all!
