                              The introduction of euthanasia by PACE

Dear Mr. President,

we announce to You that on 7th October 2010 the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) passed a resolution No. 1763 entitled “The right to conscientious objection in lawful medical care”. This Resolution indirectly legalized euthanasia for all CoE member states by suddenly granting physicians from countries where euthanasia had not been legalized yet an exclusive right to refuse to perform it. Quotation: “No person shall be coerced ... to perform an abortion or euthanasia.” On the other hand, the Resolution commits the state to give an alternative option to perform abortion or euthanasia. So the PACE’s Resolution normalizes and legalizes euthanasia for all member states of the Council of Europe.

Through the so-called international obligations the PACE subordinates to itself the sovereign states and circumvents their legislature. On the basis of the international treaties it makes inspections, monitorings and imposes sanctions on national governments. This is a modern model not only of dictatorship, but also of an international crime.

PACE has introduced capital punishment for innocent people – euthanasia, or sweet death. This sentence of death is executed without a decree of the court, without a verdict of guilty, without witnesses. One cannot appeal to any authority because the agents of death (special psychologists) and murderers in white (doctors) are protected by law. Euthanasia affects all strata of society without exception. Those who are in hospital are simply unlucky. In compliance with the new international obligations, treaties and resolutions they can, unexpectedly, be carried out in a hearse.

An example from Belgium: Out of 248 medical workers surveyed, more than 120 killed patients without their knowledge.

As from 7th October 2010, the killings of patients are legal, and the physician who refuses to kill the patients is not yet liable to punishment.

Dictatorship of the PACE exploits last remnants of democracy in Ukraine, Russia and other countries in order to embody this ideology of death as quickly as possible by means of bribes and legislation.

We remind You again that the only solution to this situation is to resign the membership in the CoE as soon as possible and to form a coalition with Russia, Belarus and other countries of the Eastern Europe.

What fraud did the PACE committed in relation to Ukraine? E.g.: The former President of Ukraine was strongly pressed into leveling “up” the Ukrainian standards in order to achieve the international level and to sign the bill “On equal rights and opportunities for women and men” (No. 2866-IV). In this act for equality of men and women was used the term “gender”. Thus, the President signed something which at that time was not precisely legally defined. In addition, Ukraine has undertaken to apply this law in accordance with international documents. On 29th April 2010, the PACE issued a document in which it has fully explained the concept of gender. It contains approval of gay marriages, adoption of children by homosexuals, homodictatorship, promotion of homosexuality in all spheres of life, the so-called right to change the sex (a man must be registered as a woman, if he wishes so etc.). Thereby the above-mentioned law acquired the opposite meaning which contradicts the Constitution of Ukraine. So what then remains to do? To amend the Constitution!

How does the mechanism of the PACE’s manipulation of sovereign states work? The PACE approves of various resolutions and recommendations which, in their essence, contradict the laws of individual states. However, it requires observation of the so-called international obligations and standards. The PACE performs monitoring in Ukraine, threatens with sanctions and establishes its structures though they are not legalized. (e.g. The Ministry for Family, instigated by the PACE, introduced practices of juvenile justice in Poltava. The fruit was tragic death of three mothers. Further the Ministry have established five university departments of gender-gay ideology. The Ukrainian TV channel TV1 in one of its programmes on 11th October 2010 promoted homosexuality and transsexuality.) All this is financed by the EU, PACE, UN who thus pull the wool over the eyes of those who have the responsibility and the rule. Through corrupt mass media they promote their ideology and change public opinion. Hurling faked accusations and using distorted statistics they place the state in the position of a culprit. Therefore they start to perform the so-called monitoring, accusing the state of the infringement of democracy and freedom of speech and impose various sanctions. Subsequently they require amendments to the laws and Constitution, in order to achieve the so-called international standard. Thus a sovereign state will be entangled in an unwanted occupation and will lost its independence. Ukrainians themselves will dig a grave and for pretty bribes from the West they will have a solemn funeral ceremony. But the worst thing is that the PACE promotes antivalues and antilaws which destroy human nature, family and lead to moral, spiritual and physical genocide and after death to eternal damnation of millions of Ukrainians. Let us realize again that homosexuality – which the West promotes so vehemently – destroys mental health of young people, leads to the supreme moral decay, destroys family and spreads AIDS (50%). An average homosexual has sexual intercourse with 200-500 men in his life, some homosexuals even with more than 1000. Thus they secure the spread of fatal infection in geometric progression. In addition, under the laws of homophobia nobody is allowed to hamper the spread of this epidemic. 27% of homosexuals are paedophiles. 50% of murders in New York City and 30,000 abused children in Los Angeles have homosexuals on their conscience. Besides, they spread hepatitis and other infectious diseases. So-called help from Europe – 450 million dollars to AIDS treatment provided under the condition that Ukraine will legalize homosexuality – is actually a means of spreading of AIDS.

If the rule in the nation will be passed into the hands of gay lobby, it will entail an antireform and introduction of harsh dictatorship coupled with the loss of sovereignty of Ukraine.

Unless Ukraine resigns her membership in the PACE as soon as possible or lets herself be suspended like Belarus, the principle of dictatorship will be applied even in the field of the so-called lawful medical care – euthanasia. On the basis of Resolution 1763 the PACE will quite soon receive fabricated complaints from the certain EU agents in Ukraine, just as it was with the promotion of homosexuality. Subsequently, the officers of the PACE, Ms Wohlwend and Ms Reps, will perform monitorings accusing the Ukrainian state of the infringement of democracy and of failure to provide the so-called lawful medical care, especially elimination of pain by means of euthanasia. The first step will be imposition of penalties whereafter they will require amendments to the laws and the Constitution.

Then, Mr President, perhaps even You and some members of the Ukrainian Parliament will sometime in the future become victims of euthanasia because You will be inconvenient for the EU ruling system.

Mr President, our Bishops’ Synod of the UOGCC appeals to You in the name of all Christians to withdraw from the CoE as soon as possible and thus save Ukraine from prepared genocide by gender and euthanasia.
