                                   on the Resolution 1728 (2010)

 

                                                                                    (Part I)

 

On 29th April 2010, the PACE issued Resolution 1728 entitled “Discrimination on the basis of sexual orientation and gender identity”. The Synod of the Ukrainian orthodox Greek-Catholic Church (UOGCC) has studied this PACE Resolution 1728 (2010) with all responsibility. The evident and primary aim of this Resolution is not to help LGBT persons but to publicize and popularize unnatural, perverted orientations. There are obvious efforts to integrate them into all social strata and to directly attack and destroy the family. An integral part of this violent campaign is a change in legislation, education, culture and moral values. Legalization of antivalues and amorality will result in total decay of the society, destruction of the family, mass suicides and genocide of Europe.

 

Quotation from the Resolution 1728: “The Parliamentary Assembly recalls that sexual orientation, which covers heterosexuality, bisexuality and homosexuality, is a profound part of the identity of each and every human being.”

Response: The PACE has started using the expression “sexual orientation”. What does this expression cover? It covers homosexuality, transsexuality, bisexuality, lesbianism, paedophilia, zoophilia, sadomasochism, necrophilia, coprophilia etc. A normal person calls this all perversion. These so-called “sexual orientations” are a manifestation of abnormality and demonism. Only natural sexuality (heterosexuality) is from God. It is a gift which serves the transmission of human life connected with responsibility for the family and for the upbringing of children. It can by no means be put on an equal footing with sexual perversions. The PACE introduces new antinatural and antidivine laws, demonizes the individual at the root, disintegrates the family and destroys the society.

 

It is sheer nonsense to state that homosexuality, transsexuality or bisexuality (LGBT) is a profound part of the identity of each and every human being. Every sensible person can recognize whether he or she is a man or a woman. Unfortunately, only the Assembly of the Council of Europe cannot discern these elementary things in spite of the fact that genetics, biology and common sense confirm the natural reality. Every moral person must condemn e.g. a man who has a wife and children and suddenly starts a perverted relationship with a new “partner”. The PACE elevates perversion to the level of international law and a modern EU standard. Similarly, a relationship of two men who live together is an antinatural perversion and not a norm. God’s law qualifies it as an abomination and gives a warning that the punishment for it is fire from heaven.

 

Quotation from the Resolution 1728: “The Assembly also recalls that homosexuality has been decriminalised in all member states of the Council of Europe.”

Response: The Assembly (PACE) thus admits that homosexuality was once liable to criminal prosecution in all states of Europe. Homosexuality used to be punished and rightly so. Why? Because homosexuals cause physical, psychical and spiritual harm both to themselves and to others. One of its bad consequences is also transmission of hepatitis, AIDS and of other infectious diseases. Therefore a sensible person has always considered homosexuality a crime in the same way as a theft or a murder. Another consequence of this abomination is depressions and suicides. Through PACE resolutions and LT legislation the homosexual perversion is being forced upon the society, becomes the centre of politics and of social life and is gaining a privileged position. So a handful of perverted people take up key positions in state government and in supranational organizations and in actual fact discriminate the entire nations. They discriminate children in kindergartens and schools, parents and youth. Whoever defends himself against this discrimination is punished. This perversion which the Council of Europe promotes is unprecedented in the entire history of mankind.

 

Quotation from the Resolution 1728: “A transgender person is someone whose gender identity does not correspond to the gender he or she was assigned at birth.”

Response: Honourable Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe, we now ask You sincerely, are You not lacking in common sense? Every human being is born either as a man or as a woman and remains so until death. If some fool or pervert says that he or she feels to be something different, it is a product of their diseased mind and they should be sent to mental hospital for treatment. According to the so-called sexual orientation someone may feel to be a donkey or an ox. Following the PACE theory, one need only lay load on them and let them carry it on their four legs. To make laws on the basis of irreality and to subordinate all Europe to these insane laws is not only a sign of the loss of common sense but even a sign of demonic possession. Your whole Assembly should be put in prison and all its members should be condemned as the most dangerous criminals against humanity. In a better case, it is necessary to place you permanently in a mental hospital since there is a danger that your minds will produce ever more insane ideas. This, however, will only be the next step to the genocide of Europe because mad people have assumed total power. Please, do not force your madness upon normal people by means of antilaws and do not discriminate their mind, conscience and freedom.

 

The statements of the Assembly of the Council of Europe contained in the Resolution 1728 might perhaps be compared to statements of an assembly of totally possessed fools with permanent residence in a mental hospital. These would make unreal laws and their observance would be on the level of international obligations. Which of the states would refuse to submit to them would be accused of discrimination and liable to severest penalties. The nations of Europe have been brought under the rule of total lunatics and perverts who lead all Europe to perverted possession and to genocide.

 

The next points of the so-called Resolution 1728 are developed on the basis of these stupid and irrational assumptions. It keeps on speaking about co-called discrimination on grounds of gender identity.

 

Let us imagine that a criminal tortures children. This criminal has the services of the police who punish the children for discriminating the criminal by their shouting and by defending themselves! One really wonders where we have found ourselves. Even the system of slavery was not founded on such perversion. This is complete distortion of the truth, distortion of all values. Terms like truth, democracy, human rights, child protection, medical care or environmental protection have an opposite meaning: the truth is a lie, democracy is totalitarianism... The spirit that is behind the PACE is a demonic spirit. It has nothing to do with human reason and conscience any more, and this needs to be clearly and adequately emphasized. These people are international criminals leading Europe to both moral and physical genocide.

 

Today we can see only a shadow of the pernicious fruit borne by this perverted ideology of death. In the next stages we can expect that children will be taken away from families by juvenile justice workers, thereafter they will be programmed via microchips and finally, trained as criminals, they will perpetrate genocide of the entire society. Medical assistance, so-called euthanasia, will only be of help in this – i.e. assisted murders or suicides of undesirable and unproductive residents (see Resolution 1763).

 

The future prospect for the nations of Europe which have betrayed Christ, cast aside God’s laws and accepted demonic antivalues and antilaws: spiritual and physical death! The devil, who is the author of insane ideas, is a liar and a murderer, and so are his servants who implement these ideas of his.

 

Prospects for Europe thanks to the PACE:

- Homosexuals constitute more than 50% of the reported cases of AIDS in the United States to date. Norwegian philosopher Arne Naess, founder of the green Deep Ecology Movement, said: “Spread of AIDS helps to reduce mankind, and ecology can see its benefit.” The PACE has a similar spirit.

- Homosexuals account for a high proportion of hepatitis: 70-80% in San Francisco, 66% in New York.

- 39-59% of homosexuals are infected with intestinal parasites, such as worms, liver flukes or amoebas.

- About 67-80% of homosexuals lick or put their tongue in the rectum of their sexual partners (so-called rimming, anilingus, fecal sex etc.) and swallow a biologically significant quantity of faeces which is the main cause of hepatitis and parasitic infections among homosexuals.

- 17% of homosexuals eat or smear themselves with the faeces of their partners.

- Since the 1940s the practice of urinating on one another’s body (“golden showers”) and torturing one another has doubled among homosexuals and “fisting” has increased astronomically. 

- 43% of homosexuals under survey admitted that during their life they had 500 or more sexual partners, 28% admitted to have 1000 or more...

The probability of infecting other people with AIDS increases in geometric progression: 500 active homosexuals infected with AIDS can in the course of their lives infect about 250.000 – 500.000 people; 500.000 HIV-positive homosexuals can infect approximately 250 to 500 million healthy people.

- John Martaugh, the chief magistrate of the New York City Criminal Court, said: “In big cities homosexuals partake in half of all murders.”

- 50% of suicides are committed by homosexuals.

- 37% of homosexuals practise sadomasochism, which results in numbers of deaths.

- 21% of lesbians die as a result of murder or self-murder.

- About 50% of women in the death cells in USA are lesbians. 

- Homosexuals in Los Angeles are guilty of sexual abuse of 30,000 children.

 

Active promotion of homosexuality is at the same time an active promotion of paedophilia. Considering that there is a small number of homosexuals in the world, the number of crimes committed by them is astronomical.

  

Christian view:

 

By its denial of the diversity of males and females as well as by its statements about gender identities, gender ideology has become an open rebellion against God’s order. The Bible says: “So God created man in his own image, in the image of God he created him; male and female he created them.” (Gen 1:27) So God created man and woman whereby He clearly defined the human race. Homosexuals, lesbians, bisexuals, transgenders (LGBT) were not created. These are only men and women who have given their bodies up to dishonourable passions. The Apostle Paul speaks about people who have gone astray, did not worship God and rejected God’s order: “Their women exchanged natural relations for those that are contrary to nature and the men likewise gave up natural relations with women and were consumed with passion for one another, men committing shameless acts with men and receiving in themselves the due penalty for their error.” (Rom 1:27) To the fact that homosexuality (as well as the relations of LGBT persons) is unnatural for humans, witnesses God’s command: “You shall not lie with a male as with a woman; it is an abomination.” (Lev 18:22) How grave this sin was in the Old Testament is possible to understand from the penalty which was imposed for this offence: “If a man lies with a male as with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination; they shall surely be put to death.” (Lev 20:13) For Christians the abomination of this sin is obvious from the danger it entails: “Do not be deceived: neither the sexually immoral, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor men who practice homosexuality ... shall possess the kingdom of God.” (1Cor 6:9-10) Let us not forget that for homosexuality God had sent a punishment of fire from heaven on Sodom as a warning example to all humanity (Gen 18-19, Jud 1:7).

 

On the other hand, the Catechism of the Catholic Church (CCC) contains misleading statements about sensitivity and discrimination (CCC 2357-2359) which must be changed.

 

Special responsibility falls upon the representatives of the Christian Churches. Saint Basil the Great in Shorter Rule VII says: “He who defends a sin not only does not return the sinner to the path of salvation, but strengthens him in sin and leads others to similar sins. An advocate of sin can only await punishment of a dead member. This member has become harmful for his own body, so it must be cut off” (cf. anathema – Gal 1:8-9). Church representatives must now clearly call homosexuality a sin and an abomination, and not justify it. Unless they do so, they will incur heavier punishment than the homosexuals themselves.

 

We hereby appeal to the Council of Europe to repeal Resolution No. 1728 which runs against natural and divine laws. We also appeal to all Christians to do everything possible so that this resolution might be repealed because it contains a criminal ideology against humanity and rebellion against God. Upon the authors and promoters of this Resolution fell God’s curse and for this crime they were expelled from the Church of Christ. If they die in stubbornness, they will be eternally condemned!

 

Obligatory statement for all Christians: At this historic time the fundamental truths of the faith and moral values are being denied. Therefore, the Bishops’ Synod of the UOGCC in the name of Triune God: the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit obliges all Christians in conscience to assume the following Christian attitudes:

1)      Homosexuality is a sin and an abomination (Lev 20:13). People who have opened themselves to this abomination must repent, otherwise they will be eternally condemned.

2)      The promoters of homosexuality are obliged to stop the spread of this amorality and do adequate penance. If they will not do so, refuse to repent and persist in obstinacy, they will be eternally condemned.

3)      Homosexuality is a punishment for adultery and idolatry (Rom 1:18f). Homosexuality is tied with unclean demons which turn their victims into their mediums. Jesus cast out these demons, and He is doing so even nowadays. Condition of liberation is that the victim must cooperate and then truly follow Christ in obedience of faith.

4)      The true Church must exhort homosexuals to repentance. Those who obstinately reject the truth of the Bible that homosexuality is a sin and an abomination, have already by this very attitude excluded themselves from the Church (Gal 1:8-9).

 

We emphasize that God makes this obligatory statement (cf. Mt 18:18) God made through us who are Christ’s apostles and prophets (cf. Eph 2:20). In the hour of Your death Jesus Christ will ask You to account for whether You acted in accordance with this prophetical statement!
