         The statement of the Bishops’ Synod of the Ukrainian orthodox

 

                                         Greek-Catholic Church

 

                                   on the Resolution 1728 (2010)

 

                                                                                    (Part II)

 

 

In the name of God our Synod appeals above all to the representatives of the CoE and of the EU to renounce the demonic lies and to take the lid off both the Resolution 1728 and the antilaws of the Lisbon Treaty.

 

Quotation from Resolution 1728: “A transgender person is someone whose gender identity does not correspond to the gender he or she was assigned at birth.”

Response: People can have doubts about anything; however, every child knows that a man is a man and a woman is a woman. The statement of the Resolution 1728 is contrary to reason and to all natural laws. So it is nonsense, it is unreal.

According to the PACE, the biological gender identity is no longer a distinguishing sign of whether the particular person is a man or a woman. The reality has ceased to be the norm; now the norm is an illusion (a lie). If the PACE is going to establish such way of thinking even in other spheres of life and lay it as the foundation of the social system, then everything will get into a realm of fantasy – irreality. This will mean total decay of the principal real criteria of truth and justice as well as of the whole society.

 

The whole history of mankind and every moral person always rejected sexual perversion (LGBT and other kinds of so-called sexual orientation). The PACE Resolution 1728 (2010), however, against all natural and moral laws, has normalized and privileged this perversion, whereby it has exposed the majority of mankind to discrimination and classified their moral position as a criminal act (points 2,3,4,5,7 ...). The Resolution deprives people of the right to protect themselves and their children against homosexuality and its destructive consequences (pts. 7,8,9,16.4.). Through the case law of the European Court it wants to eradicate any opposition to the amorality of LGBT orientation (pts. 15,2,7,16.4.,16.6.,16.11.5.,17). Therefore it calls for abandonment of the points of national legislation that conflict with the case law of the European Court (pt. 16.6.).

 

Case law

 

Case law means law which does not judge by following the objective laws but by following a particular judicial decision that sets a precedent for all later cases.

Such law of the European Court is very dangerous because it is not subject to any control. Superior to the court is an ideological centre which determines the litigation. The EU ideology has become criminal and antihuman and case law on this basis is lawlessness. Here crime and injustice becomes a legal norm. Any unjust verdict of the European Court becomes a new mandatory standard. Ex.: In the history of mankind the courts always punished criminals (theft, murder, sexual perversion). The EU, UN and PACE have established a criminal ideology and hold sway over other nations through international obligations. Resistance to crime is punished by them as phobia. The courts have to adopt antihuman principles and begin to punish defenceless and innocent victims instead of criminals.

 

If ever there was case law, it presupposed moral principles as the basis. But in the hands of the current ideologues of the UN and the EU moral principles have been replaced by amoral ones, and therefore case law now becomes the most effective means of legalized injustice against individuals and nations. The basis of the judicial system in Europe has always been Roman law, which is founded on natural moral values and objective justice. Christian Europe respected this just law. How does the case law work in the EU? Parents sue a paedophile for the rape of their child. The court decides that the paedophile has the right to realize his sexual orientation and “must not be discriminated against”. Within the bounds of case law this case introduces a new perspective on paedophilia. In conformity with the case law, all paedophiles in the EU shall be declared to be a discriminated sexual minority, and children and parents will be punished for phobia. This is exactly how homosexuality and transsexuality were legalized in the EU. One may expect that soon zoophiles, necrophiles and sadomasochists will come out... who are already protected by the EU and UN international laws against so-called discrimination under the term “different sexual orientation”. To the people of Europe this seems like a utopia but unfortunately it is a harsh reality, though often still disguised in ambiguous formulations, as was the case with the term “gender”. It only remains to wait for the time of their realization.

 

According to case law, a zoophile or a sadomasochist will easily win the lawsuit on the basis of the EU ideology of discrimination against sexual minorities. Through case law sadomasochism, zoophilia etc. will thus cease to be regarded as perversion and will become a human right. The following lawsuits will already be governed by this new ideology. It is an unlimited access to radical changes in the society. Criminal ideology is masked by noble rhetoric. Through case law a theoretical ideology will turn into criminal practice. The purpose of this so-called law is to eliminate all moral and spiritual values and to introduce the cruellest dictatorship resulting in genocide.

 

How does the PACE use the case law of the European Court?

It uses this law to carry out the policy of covert annexation of all European states. The Constitutions and the Codes of Law that contradict the so-called international obligations are being destroyed in practice. All is now decided exclusively by the European Court and its case law. It must be clear to everyone that this is a new model of total dictatorship which, moreover, denies human nature and reality and is the cruellest crime against humanity.

 

The consequence of case law is not only a denial of the natural moral principles but also the loss of state independence and of national freedom.

 

The eighth point of the Resolution aims at LGBT propagation among youth, even contrary to rational facts that indicate great danger.

The point 13 encourages the perverted LGBT people to demoralize the whole society.

The point 10 specifically calls on states to register the degenerate LGBT cohabitation as a legal family.

 

The point 15 calls on member states of the Council of Europe to punish everyone who will not accept homosexual and transsexual perversion as a norm. Any protection of family and children against moral devastation must be eradicated and punished as a phobia.

 

Antieducation – deformation

 

Resolution 1728 intends by means of active reeducation courses to change the thinking of the governments of the individual states, of their administrative units as well as of the broad masses (pts. 16.12.,16.14.). Education has a particular significance in this destructive plan.

 

The moral value of man is determined by what life principles he has adopted. If bad ones, he is bad, if good ones, he is good. A child is as soft as wax and easily adopts both good and bad principles. The contemporary PACE and LT demagogues are well aware of this and therefore they have started systematic integration of antivalues and antimoral principles not only into schools but even into kindergartens. This is a crime against humanity.

 

Resolution 1728 has laid homosexuality and transsexuality as the foundation for education of the new generation in Europe. This programme of antivalues is already encoded in the Lisbon Treaty (LT) and in various international agreements built on the ideology of sexual perversion.

At the time of puberty and before puberty it is easy to manipulate the sexual force that is in every man. Therefore, the EU’s ideology is focused on this area. Two God’s commandments of the Decalogue protect against illicit sexuality, which, if separated from responsibility, conscience and God’s order, becomes a destructive moral cancer that destroys the individual, family and society.

 

A child is not interested in sexuality but when one starts to press it upon it, the child will uncritically submit to it. If concrete instructions are given through movies and homosexual propaganda in schools carried on by gay activists and when children come into contact with people who take homosexuality for an ideal, the conditions are created for reception of a perverted spirit whose slaves children subsequently become. They will turn into gays and will claim that it is natural for them and that they were born this way. This is just what international criminals, who control the international organizations, are aiming for. Dissipated or perverted sexuality is a very dangerous force which binds not only the human psyche but also the whole human being making one its slave, just as it is done by narcotics or alcohol. Let us imagine that the educational programs would include instructions for how to raise children into drug addicts. Children would be shown promotional films where everything negative about drugs would be concealed, drug dealers would give demonstrative lectures in schools, there would be trainings provided until all would become drug addicts. When after such an intensive propagation people are given possibility to choose free drug use or drug prohibition, everyone will demand so-called freedom of drug use. It is similar with perverted sexuality. With the help of systematic demoralization in kindergartens and schools and, moreover, with the influence of anticulture and mass media it is possible to raise the whole generation of homosexuals. People brought up in this way will then not want to become normal. A deceived man easily opens to and receives an unclean demon; however, he is not able to get rid of it. Gay activists are well aware of this fact wherefore they provide so-called education which is based on the promotion of perversion, concealment of the truth as well as of catastrophic consequences.

 

The first phase is mass propaganda of homosexuality and acceptance of amorality. The second phase is its rooting through antidiscrimination laws tied with the punishing of opponents.

Why are antidiscrimination laws promoted? Homosexuality or transsexuality is not natural for man. One feels remorse, falls into depressions and feels natural desire for family and children. Yet this is natural and helpful impulse to get out of the slavish dependence. However, just in this phase the so-called antidiscrimination laws create an atmosphere and conditions for perversion to take root in man who then does not want to be freed any more.

 

Ideologues of homosexuality argue that these people are born this way. And this is a lie. Man becomes homosexual or transsexual through immoral propaganda. If someone had predispositions to homosexuality, they were the result of a curse for his parents’ or grandparents’ sin of atheism and idolatry (cf. Rom 1:18f). It is a dark legacy. We have all inherited a disposition to sin. This force in us automatically draws us to evil, and therefore every person from his childhood up to his death must fight the evil which is in him and which manifests itself through lie and egoism.

 

The LT and PACE Resolution 1728 grants privileged rights to the so-called other sexual orientations (homosexuality, transsexuality, bisexuality, paedophilia, sadomasochism, necrophilia, zoophilia, coprophilia ...). Ideologues who have on their conscience perverted Resolution 1728 deserve to be justly punished by severest penalties because they introduce antilaws legalizing crimes against humanity and human nature. Setting the punishment of felonious ideologues as a precedent can save Europe from open satanism and genocide.

 

If Europe so systematically and zealously introduced sound education for responsible fatherhood and motherhood into all structures and by all means – through mass media, schools, culture, health care etc., it would raise a new healthy generation of Europeans. However, this is not possible without reception of Jesus Christ as one’s personal Savior and Lord and renouncement of demonic powers, lies, sin and death.

 

Dear PACE representatives, we call on You before God: Repent! Stop lying to young people, cease moral devastation, spread of AIDS and spiritual cancer of perverted sexuality. Do not turn young generation into slaves who will discard their dignity and be degraded below the level of animals. Man is created in God’s image. You have become the biggest liars and criminals. Stop genocide of Europe!

 

Resolution 1728 and entire ideological system which it represents is demonic and must be abolished. Whole Europe should come out into the streets and demonstrate publicly for the abolition of criminal and antihuman Resolution 1728. If PACE will not cancel Resolution 1728 (2010), let every nation of Europe withdraw its membership from this criminal system which leads the whole nations to genocide. If Europe will repent, God will save her. This is God’s promise for today.
