                                              A change in the laws

                     or a withdrawal of membership from the PACE?

 

On 12th January 2011, the President of Ukraine approved a so-called Action Plan concerning changes in laws and the Constitution. Why must Ukraine change its laws? Just to pave the way for its entry into the EU? Even if Ukraine joined the EU, what benefits will it have? It will lose its independence, but its economic level will not increase. It will just remain dependent on the EU economy which, however, also undergoes and will undergo crises. Considering the geographical location of Ukraine, which borders not only on the EU countries but also on autonomous Belarus and self-sufficient Russia, Ukraine can use it to maintain its neutrality and stability, both political and economic (gas supply from Russia ...).

 

Instead of the so-called law amendment it would be necessary to establish an effective monitoring system as to observance of the Ukrainian laws currently in force. These are now being broken by corruption and by “international obligations” from the EU and PACE which give them a new meaning and alter their substance. The European Union has a specific strategy. The economic obligations and trade agreements are connected with demands for adoption of immoral laws in the country with which it enters into a contract. Late last year, 79 African and Caribbean states joined together and demanded that the European Union should not economically pressure them into legalization of homosexuality. This sexual pathology corrupts the individual, the family and the whole society and is a major carrier of the deadly AIDS virus. The EU answered them by a December resolution, in which it categorically insists on its demands. This unmasked the amoral ideology of the EU which uses economic pressure for demoralisation of the entire nations, resulting in their “reduction”!

 

What is the use of subsidies from the EU or UN, if Ukraine will sell its future for them?! Through homosexuality and the juvenile justice system it will turn the young generation into artificial orphans, sexual perverts, drug addicts, alcoholics and cynical criminals who will die of AIDS en masse!

 

Nothing can save the young generation but a true life style based on the Gospel of Christ. It gives strength to fight against the system of lies and evil and brings happiness on earth and after death. The so-called European standards – homosexuality, euthanasia and juvenile justice – bring a hell on earth and hell after death!

 

The main battle line today is not at the battlefront with cannons and tanks, but is concentrated in the judiciary. It concentrates particularly on the amendment of laws which, as a result, are vaguely worded and bring lawlessness and immoral ideology into the present-day society. Therefore the whole action plan focuses on the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine. Everything is masked by lofty rhetoric about the European values, European standards and keeping up with these standards. We ask what is hidden behind these terms and what is the fruit?

 

- Spain has 318 deputies. Only 51 deputies approved homosexual ideology; nevertheless, it was cunningly legalized.

 

- In Italy, a certain woman complained about the images of the cross in public areas. She lodged a complaint with the Strasbourg Court which ruled that Italy must remove the crosses from public places. The whole of Italy has no right to its tradition and history, but one woman has a right to have her whims satisfied in accordance with the European standards of thinking.

 

- In Spain, where the majority of the population are Christians, it was forbidden to sing carols at Christmas time. Immoral concerts were not prohibited anywhere, for according to European standards it would be an infringement of human rights and freedoms. This is blatant hypocrisy!

 

- Several million calendars have been published for distribution and sale throughout the EU. Students got them for free. The calendar marks the Buddhist, Hindu and Muslim festivals, but the Christian festivals are not included, not even Christmas or Easter. These so-called European standards deny the spiritual and moral values and the two-thousand-year Christian tradition of Europe.

 

- Another European standard is removal of children from their parents through the so-called juvenile justice system. This machinery has already taken root in Ukraine. Now, through the amendment of the laws pushed through by the Ministry of Justice, this system needs to seize executive power to spiritually and physically torment hundreds of thousands of Ukrainian children. In the very first stage of the implementation of this system several mothers committed suicide. Far more helpless and desperate mothers commit suicide in France and other EU countries. 2 million children have been taken away from their parents in France and 700.000 in Germany for petty reasons, such as a so-called low standard of living or smother motherly love.

 

The action plan, approved by the President on 12th January 2011, cites Resolutions 1466 (2005), 1722 (2005) and 1755 (2010). Point 4 proposes a change in the judicial system and in the status of judges. In essence, this concerns changes in

 

1) the judiciary,

2) the prosecution,

3) the State Security Committee,

4) the Constitution,

5) the mass media (unrestricted freedom).

 

In fact, these changes pursue amorality, antilaws, injustice and internal destruction of Christianity even through the mediation of hierarchs with the spirit of Judas.

 

Regarding changes in the laws, it is not clearly defined what is hidden behind the particular terms. President of the Czech Republic, V. Klaus, said concerning the EU’s law amendments: “What the particular law actually contains will one learn only when placed (though innocent) in the felon’s dock.”

 

The action plan, point 6, states that there is a need of “a reform and humanization of criminal legislation”. Ukraine does not need a reform and humanization of the criminal code in such a way that the “rights” of criminals will be protected and innocent victims punished. By vague formulations certain people at the Ministry of Justice cunningly deceive government authorities into ratifying such amendments. In fact, this will mean enforcement of antilaws and hence total elimination of justice and legalization of lawlessness and totalitarianism.

 

What Ukraine nowadays really needs is only to establish effective monitoring system which will ensure observance of its just laws.

 

Quotation from pt.1/6 of the Action Plan: “... against torture and other ill-treatment or punishments which trample on human dignity...” (cf. pt. 13.7. of the PACE’s Resolution 1466 /2005/). What is hidden behind this formulation? Legalization of homodictatorship. By means of obscure amendments to the laws homosexual ideology will be set as a basis for an anti-reform. This has already happened in the EU through ratification of the Lisbon Treaty. The young generation will be forcibly demoralized owing to amended legislation in the field of education, health care, culture and consequently be infected with deadly AIDS which is spread for the most part by homosexuals. Whatever opposition to the homodictatorship will be severely punished and termed as humiliation, torture, stigma...

 

Pt. 7 implicitly promotes juvenile justice. Parents who raise their children responsibly will be blamed for torturing and humiliating their children and, subsequently, their children will be removed from them. Real torturing, which this law will bring, is snatching of children from their mothers. These emotional and psychological traumata with lifelong consequences are indeed torturing of human souls (e.g. there are 2 million artificial orphans in France and 700 000 in Germany). This is European standard, which is deliberately withheld from the Ukrainians.

 

Analysis: The PACE’s Resolution 1755 (2010) emphasizes that the Constitution of Ukraine be amended; however, it conceals that by meeting this demand Ukraine will lose its national sovereignty, will get into spiritual and ideological slavery of immorality and will become the EU’s colony.

 

Quotation from pt. 4: “The PACE offers its full support to the authorities in their efforts to implement the ambitious and far-reaching package of reforms.” President of the Czech Republic, Václav Klaus, said about this new dictatorship: “World government will virtually decide about our lives without our participation and possibility to influence it.” These are those ambitious reforms the result of which will be a total loss of both national and personal freedom. This is degradation of human dignity turning man into the slave of evil and dependences. Afterwards, one will be manipulated in different ways like a robot or a medium and thus will fall below the level of soulless animals. These are ambitious reforms promoted by the EU through the mediation of certain people in the Ministry of Justice, which lead to the destruction of Ukraine.

 

If Ukraine craves for joining the EU and being brought up to the so-called European standards, it is necessary to take off rose-coloured spectacles, open the eyes and see the reality:

 

1) The basic principle of the EU policy is homodictatorship. Practically in all the EU member states were legalized gay marriages and gay adoption of children. Any restrictions on homosexuals, including record keeping of gay men infected with AIDS, is punishable as homophobia and stigmatization. This is a complete domination of homosexuals. Does Ukraine crave for these European standards?

 

2) The EU adopted laws of the so-called gender equality. The state authorities are obliged to confirm in the private papers of a man who believes to be a woman that he is a woman. Does Ukraine crave for these European standards?

 

3) In the EU are abolished the so-called family “stereotypes”. So that gay couples are “not offended” children in the EU will be prevented from calling their parents “mummy” and “daddy”. Does Ukraine crave for these European standards?

 

4) In the EU operates juvenile justice system. Under the guise of the protection of children juvenile justice establishes unchecked and the cruellest tyranny. Only in France there are 2 million artificial orphans tore away from their mothers. Does Ukraine crave for these European standards?

 

5) In the EU there is open promotion of narcotics. Narcotics cause slavish dependence, mental degeneration and destruction of physical health to the point of death. Drug abuse creates ripe conditions for utter juvenile delinquency to thrive. In the EU countries narcotics are being gradually legalized. The Czech Republic legalized narcotics at the beginning of this year. Does Ukraine crave for these European standards?

 

6) In the EU euthanasia has been legalized, and it can be performed even at the request of one’s family members. An example is cynical “letter of thanks” by certain woman who sent it to a Dutch doctor after he had carried out a legal murder of her mother. Does Ukraine crave for these European standards?

 

Every common Ukrainian, who has common sense and conscience and appreciates moral and spiritual values, has to deny flatly these immoralities, antivalues and dictatorship, which are hidden behind the phrase “European standards”.

 

The only optimal and reasonable solution for Ukraine is to withdraw from its membership in the PACE as soon as possible and become really sovereign state like Belarus. What hindrance is to do so? Conviction that we are bound by some international obligations? The EU considers it international obligations scrap of paper and does not fulfil to them. Therefore, Ukraine is not obliged to fulfil them too. An example of the EU’s negligence in fulfilment of its obligations:

 

1) In relation to Ireland the EU has committed two violations of international obligations:

a) When Ireland lawfully refused the Lisbon Treaty (LT), the EU unlawfully ordered second referendum.

b) The EU promised that if Ireland ratified the LT, it could retain its local laws. Within a year the EU violated this commitment and forced Ireland to change its laws.

 

2) Lithuania had to repeal its Law on the Protection of Minors against the Detrimental Effects of Public Information, which was to protect children from homosexual demoralization propaganda. The reason was “bringing Lithuanian laws into conformity with European standards”. The EU does not feel obliged at all to respect democracy, freedom or national legislation of individual states. Why should Ukraine feel obliged to respect the EU’s frauds; the more so if it has not yet been clapped in this prison of nations?  

 

3) Why Ukraine is not obliged to comply with various resolutions of the EU? Since the EU is constantly changing the meaning of terms used in the laws. Example: gender equality. In 2005, when Ukraine signed law on gender equality, this term was understood as a social equality between men and women. However, in 2010, the PACE announced to Ukraine a change in the content but the commitment remained. What slyness! This is corpus delicti showing that Ukraine must withdraw from the PACE and is not bound to fulfil any obligations of fraudulent Resolutions issued by the EU and the PACE.

 

Conclusion

 

Dear Mr President, dear members of the Cabinet and MPs, in this situation You are obliged to withdraw from membership in the PACE as soon as possible. So-called international obligations do not bind You to anything; they are just scraps of paper. The EU and the PACE themselves do not fulfil their international obligations. Before Your conscience, before God and before the entire Ukrainian nation You are first obliged to save moral and spiritual values of Ukraine and its independence. If you do so, You will not have to worry about the Ukrainian economy. God will take care of Ukraine and see to it that such a rich country like Ukraine – if she will keep God’s laws and foster moral values – will prosper even economically.

 

These words are binding for You. Unless You make this step of withdrawal from the PACE to save Ukraine, Your children and grandchildren – sold as slaves to the EU – will curse You in despair, dying of AIDS! In the hour of your death, God will ask You to account for whether You acted in accordance with these prophetic words. He speaks to You today: “See, I have set before you today life and good, death and evil. ... But if your heart turns away, and you will not hear, but are drawn away to worship other gods (the EU) and serve them, I declare to you today, that you shall surely perish. I call heaven and earth to witness against you today, that I have set before you life and death, blessing and curse. Therefore choose life, that you and your offspring may live.” (Deut 30:15-19)

 

Because of these words no member of the Cabinet or MP of Ukraine will be able to make excuses before God or before the nation and say that he or she did not know why Ukraine had to withdraw from membership in the PACE.
