Russia’s withdrawal from the PACE
Mr President, Honourable Members of the Government, Honourable Members of Parliament!
A representative of gays in Russia has informed of a gay-pride parade in May this year. He publicly declared: “If we are not allowed it, Russia can be punished by exclusion from the PACE!”
This year in Belgrade (Serbia) a gay-pride parade is prepared with emergency tanks and fleet to quell the people’s protests against the establishment of homodictatorship.
Allen Dulles, former CIA director, says in his “Dulles plan”: “If we sow chaos in Russia, we will inconspicuously change people’s values into false ones and make them believe in them. How? We will financially support and secure the career for such people (Masons) who will hammer into the human consciousness the cult of (homo)sex, violence, sadism and betrayal, both in words and by practical introduction of immorality. This will cause total and irreversible destruction of the most unyielding nation on earth.”
The EU’s economic treaties (December 2010) in relation to Africa and the Caribbean States are strictly conditioned by the introduction of antivalues and demoralization through homosex.
Belarus has been excluded from the PACE and is in an advantageous position. Let also Russia together with Ukraine cancel its membership in the PACE as soon as possible! Clarification of the necessity of Ukraine’s withdrawal from the PACE was submitted to the Government and Deputies of Ukraine by the Synod of Bishops of the UOGCC (in a public appeal of 19th January 2011). This is the only solution if one is to free oneself in good time from the chains of the new global dictatorship. This step also demands that those members of Parliament and the Government as well as governors with their subordinate officials who are members of or sympathizers with the supranational Freemasonic organization should withdraw from it. They should, moreover, break off whatever relations with this organization. It is necessary that the Masonic organization should be banned in Russia because it covertly promotes antivalues (see Dulles plan: the cult of (homo)sex, violence, sadism and betrayal).
In its withdrawal from the PACE Russia does not need to pay false heed to the so-called international obligations. Why? Because the EU and the PACE do not fulfil their obligations towards the individual states:
a) a second illegal referendum in Ireland,
b) a year later, cancellation of the EU’s obligation towards Ireland which was set as a condition of the second referendum,
c) the PACE changes the nature of obligations and of the laws arising from them by additional conflicting interpretation (ex: the Law of Ukraine No. 2866-IV of 2005 and the PACE Resolution No. 1728 of 30th April 2010 /see the letter of 30th September 2010 by the UOGCC Bishops’ Synod “An appeal for annulment of the 2005 Law and for Ukraine’s withdrawal from the Council of Europe”, www.community.org.ua)./
Today, the PACE is pressuring Ukraine into a change in the laws and into the subsequent loss of state independence. This process of a change was already signed by the President on 12th January 2011.
The only solution for Russia and Ukraine is not only to withdraw from the PACE, but to begin a new policy of restoration of moral and spiritual values that are rooted in true Christianity. EU and PACE ideology along with the antigospel proclaimed by the apostatical Western hierarchy have already started annihilation of the Christian nations.
In terms of economy, Russia does not have to fear its withdrawal from the PACE. Russia is completely self-sufficient and, moreover, it provides Europe with gas supply. Consequently, it can be in a much better position in relation to the EU and act as an independent partner.
Praying for and bestowing a blessing upon the Government and Parliament of Russia,
