                    Another crime of the Ministry of Justice

On 14 February 2011 Minister of Justice, Olexandr Lavrynovych, announced that Ukraine will be involved in elaboration of an appendix to the UN Conventions. Children will have a right to lodge direct complaints with the UN against their parents. In other words, one is implementing the juvenile justice system by intrigue and by ignoring the Ukrainian laws and Constitution. The Ministry has announced that a work group will elaborate a facultative protocol to the UN Convention on children’s rights. The protocol envisages establishment of notification procedure. What does it mean? In fact, it is a fraud against the Ukrainian laws and against the Ukrainian people; it is a mean betrayal. The people have not the least suspicion of the terrible consequences which will drastically affect every family. This is the next step towards the silent genocide of Ukraine. The Ministry conceals its crime from the public in a dastardly manner. National child protection mechanisms are said to be ineffective and inadequate. The Ministry theoretically shields itself before the public by the slogan of protection against child trade, child prostitution, child pornography, child involvement in armed conflicts ... and this is demagoguery and a deceit on the public. In practice, the juvenile justice system is directed against the very parents. We ask which of the parents would sell their children or force them into pornography or involvement in armed conflicts. It will be the exact opposite. Children will be corrupted through pornography and crime, and that directly in schools “thanks to” the so-called sexual education provided by homosexuals. Moral parents will defend their children and prevent them from participating in immorality. They will justly punish them for evil. The school psychologist will purposefully ask children questions about their parents and make them lodge direct complaints with the UN against them. What will the response be like? According to European standards (see France), juvenile justice workers will come and take children away from their parents.

What the Ministry of Justice is doing these days is a flagrant crime and a deceit on the public. It must be punished therefor.

Mr President, members of the Government and Parliament, stop the genocide of the nation which is perpetrated by the Ministry of Justice through tricky manipulation and is to be approved in March and started in June. Remove these criminals from the Ministry and punish them while there is still time. Withdraw from the PACE and sever relations with the UN.
