On 15 February 2011, the Ukrainian public comes to learn that the Parliament of Ukraine enacted a new law on adoption of children.

The so-called European Convention in its essence contradicts the Constitution of Ukraine and the Law of Ukraine. Let us ask an essential question: How can the Parliament of Ukraine ratify it? The newly made and illegally enforced laws of the European Union cannot be ratified and incorporated in the just and moral laws of Ukraine. This so-called ratification will result in an early loss of Ukraine’s independence and subsequent autogenocide.

Quotation: “The Convention applies only to legal adoption of a child who, at the time when the adopter applies to adopt him, has not at­tained the age of 18, is not and has not been married, has not lived in a registered partnership, and is not deemed in law to have come of age. (Article 1).”

Response: In 2009, the EU illegally and cunningly enforced the so-called Lisbon Treaty (LT). The LT has given first priority to homosexuality, and launched the destruction of natural and Christian values. Through bribery, Masons and local traitors, the EU now cunningly seeks to amend the legislation and Constitution of Ukraine. Ratifying the Convention, the Parliament consciously avoided the essence of the problem. The EU, unlike Ukraine, enables adoption of children by gays and lesbians, who even have a privilege. The Ukrainian nation considers it a perversion. Therefore, ratification is presented to the public in a hypocritical manner. It deals with an artificial and irrelevant problem, providing that it is not possible to adopt a married person or an adult who has reached the age of 18. This has never been questioned by anyone. Why did one not demonstrate the essence of the problem so thoroughly? It was deliberately suppressed and the public was deceived.

What does the statement mean that a child who has contracted a registered partnership cannot be adopted? Serious talk about such nonsense is a sign of loss of reason. All this is against conscience and against the Constitution of Ukraine. This nonsense is part of psychological manipulation. Man loses sound judgement, and sound mind is changed into a sick one. Only a sick mind can accept sick laws.

Quotation: “A mother’s consent to the adoption of her child shall not be accepted unless it is given ... at such time as, in the opinion of the competent authority ...”

Response: According to the European Conventions, the juvenile justice system can take any child away from its parents without their consent. Homosexuals have a priority to adopt a child; however, the child’s own mother will not get the child back nor can she adopt it.

Today new laws are being enforced which go against the Constitution. Nobody knows what the law contains and what not. President of the Czech Republic says to this: “One will only learn this when placed in the felon’s dock.” Everything will depend solely on the opinion of the competent authorities. This phrase has become a precedent for the interpretation of laws. It is the preparation of the cruellest dictatorship.

Quotation: “The Convention allows the possibility of adoption by one person.”

Response: The Family Code allows adoption of a child only by man and woman who live in good and natural marriage. In this respect, the Convention contradicts the Family Code of Ukraine. The Convention allows a single man or woman, gay or lesbian – provided that they are Ukrainians – to adopt a child.

Quotation: “At the same time Article 212 of the Family Code of Ukraine prohibits adoption of Ukrainian children by foreigners who do not live in marriage.”

Response: It means that if a foreigner lives in marriage, according to European standards even gay marriage, he or she may adopt a Ukrainian child.

Quotation: “... if the Ukrainian legislation will include regulations that will differ from the provisions of the Convention, but will be better for adoption of a child, their observance will not be considered a violation of the international document.”

Response: The EU Convention has thus been put higher than the Constitution of Ukraine and has become the highest standard. All other laws are judged according to it. This means a loss of autonomy and of moral and all-Ukrainian values. The above-mentioned quotation demonstrates psychological manipulation. In practice, this principle will be applied reversely. The conception of favourable conditions is relative. The EU gives priority to antivalues, i.e. homosexuality, so this law will be interpreted in the spirit of the EU homodictatorship again.

An example of interpretation of favourable conditions for adoption of a child in the EU: In Spain, two lesbians applied for adoption of a child. The judge delayed the adoption. It would be better if the child was given to a childless family. Because he did not fulfil the request of two lesbians, he was removed from the position of a judge and fined 104,000 euros. The court no longer pays heed to the good of the child, but only to so-called emotional distress of two lesbians who were not immediately granted their request for adoption.

Another case: A certain lesbian in France applied for adoption of a child. The state refused. The Strasbourg Court penalized the state. It had to pay compensation to the lesbian, and the child was immediately given to her.

Quotation: “... Law of Ukraine does not allow adoption of a child by two persons of different sexes living in a registered partnership.”

Response: The term ‘registered partnership’ only applies to homosexuals. Registered partnership is a union between two men or two women. This is not allowed in Ukraine. The new law deals with a case when one of the two homosexuals changes his gender identity and declares himself to be a woman. Such a couple, for the time being, is not allowed by law to adopt a child. Moreover, this case indirectly accepts registered partnership in Ukraine, which has never been legalized here and is against the Constitution of Ukraine.

Using this method of fraud with an unclear text, A. Merkel managed to establish a perverted homodictatorship in the whole European Union. Now, by the same deceit and intrigue, this spirit of perversion and death is forced upon Ukraine.

Recapitulation:

1) On 9 February 2011, the Ministry of Justice legalized the LGBT Council. It must be cancelled because it contradicts the Constitution of Ukraine.

2) On 14 February 2011, the Minister of Justice initiated a process of embodiment of juvenile justice in Ukraine by adopting an amendment to the UN Convention. It must be cancelled because it contradicts the Constitution of Ukraine.

3) On 15 February 2011, the Parliament of Ukraine ratified the European Convention on adoption of children. This Convention is against the Constitution of Ukraine and must be cancelled.

ALL THESE THREE ACTS are contrary to the Constitution OF UKRAINE, and therefore they are invalid! State officials have committed crimes against the Constitution of Ukraine and against the Ukrainian nation. Moral and spiritual values of Ukraine are thus being destroyed. Christianity is paralyzed, and Ukraine is losing its independence. Put simply, this is treason. Genocide of the Ukrainian nation is being prepared. These are extremely serious matters that concern every Ukrainian citizen. Those who have been directly involved in this purposeful deceit and planned coup should be justly punished under the laws of Ukraine. Undoubtedly the laws so established are invalid and must be annulled.

The Bishops’ Synod of the UOGCC hereby appeals to every Ukrainian both before God and before the nation to put up active resistance to this threefold coup! Motto: For God and Ukraine!
