                     Children’s villages – children’s concentration camps

Dear Sirs and Madams!

The draft law “On Amending Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine on Child Welfare” № 10625 is also designed to introduce amendments into the Law of Ukraine “On the Bodies and Services for Children and Special Facilities for Children”, and primarily to found “children’s villages”.

The so-called centres for social and psychological rehabilitation are in fact a guise for degradation and destruction of children by perverted LGBT groups. However, the criminals against children are still not satisfied. LGBT lobbyists hand in hand with their Council at the Ministry of Justice are advancing a novelty. They seek to achieve legal establishment not only of collection camps but of whole villages for children stolen from their parents.

The stolen children are subjected to emotional and mental trauma, being torn from their loving parents and from the family home. These traumatized children will then be morally degraded through sexual perversion, drugs, magic, divination and satanism (the right of children to perform rites, see the bill “On Amendments to Some Laws of Ukraine Regarding the Rights of the Child to Cultural and Spiritual Development”). They will thus be deprived of conscience and consequently used as instruments for the most cynical crimes aimed at destruction of the whole society. This is a model of formation of modern janissaries.

The reasons for the stealing of children will be fabricated accusations against the parents. The bill demands that the police should exert pressure on parents, carry out investigative work and check up “the domicile and residence of parents”. State security bodies are thus to cooperate in planned mass crimes against children. The bill launches a campaign against parents as if they were criminals to be kept under watch.

What can and must the parents do at this time? Parents must go out into the streets en masse and demonstrate against this colossal crime against their children before it is late. They must radically protest against the establishment of juvenile courts which are to start their criminal activities as early as August 2012. Unfortunately, the apostate hierarchy of the UGCC keeps all its believers in passivity instead of urging them by pastoral letters into action for the salvation of their children and families. It thus participates in ruthless tyranny over children and in self-destruction of the Ukrainian nation.

Parents now face a direct attack from juvenile justice lobbyists. The bill “On Amending §184 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offences” № 9547, which was passed in the first reading, aggravates administrative responsibility of parents by a considerable increase in the amount of a fine, and another bill “On Amending the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offences concerning Dealing with Issues that Prevent the Implementation of Administrative Penalties” imposes administrative arrest. A mother who lacks the money to pay the fine for a fabricated accusation on grounds of “misconduct” shall be imprisoned for a term of several hours. Within this period of time her child will be removed from her and consequently she will be deprived of her parental rights. This is the experience of the juvenile justice methods in the EU.

The bill also provides for “prevention of the child’s communication with its parents and other relatives when in accordance with the court decision it is contrary to the interests of the child”. This is blatant hypocrisy and cynical mockery of tyrannized parents and children. The term “contrary to the interests of the child” is not specified! That’s a breeding ground for manipulation and abuse. Nobody asks the child, much less the parents, about the child’s interests. These so-called interests of the child are determined by the juvenile courts. It is in their own interests that they remove children from their parents and deprive parents of parental rights. This tyranny is hypocritically termed “the interests of the child”.

Painful experience in this respect can be seen e.g. in France where the juvenile (criminal) justice system has existed for a relatively long time. Natalia Zakharova, an actress, was deprived of her child. The official reason given was “stifling maternal love”, which allegedly is contrary to the interests of the child. Their communication was prevented. The daughter was placed in a closed children’s home. The mother cannot visit her. This is the impact of juvenile law in practice.

Do we wish the same here? Do we perhaps believe that we will avoid it? No one will avoid it: the poor or the rich, a street cleaner or a deputy. As can be seen, in one case they fabricate poverty, in another one stifling love or something else. And that all is to become a “legal way” of stealing children and of settling with undesirable politicians, neighbours, witnesses etc.

The criminal UN conventions and eurostandards, which shape such bills, embody the ideology of reduction (genocide) of mankind. This ideology holds that every parent who has a child is an enemy of the globalization regime in that he or she causes an increase in population by at least 1 person. Therefore, it is now a common practice in the West to put handcuffs on the parents when their children are being stolen from them in accordance with the newly amended laws. The British mass media have publicly declared this new legislation to be “satanization of Britain”.

The Byzantine Catholic Patriarchate once more alarms the MPs of Ukraine: Do not adopt any amendments to laws because they are all connected with the atrocious juvenile justice system and gender/LGBT ideology. Both these bring death to the family and perpetrate genocide of the Ukrainian nation. Do make this radical step: do not approve of any changes!
