An appeal to bishops, priests and faithful of the Moscow Patriarchate

Dear bishops, monks, priests and faithful of the Moscow Patriarchate!

There has not yet been such a tragedy in the entire history of the Orthodox Church on the Russian territory that a Patriarch would betray the Gospel and the saving faith. By an apostatical gesture in Astana on 30 May 2012, Patriarch Kyrill created unity with the spirit of paganism. For this betrayal of Christ’s Gospel and of the Orthodox Church he brought upon himself God’s anathema according to Gal 1:8-9. God deprived Patriarch Kyrill of His grace.

Every bishop, every monk, every priest and every layman is obliged before God to separate from him as from an apostate. Unless he does so, he takes part in the betrayal of Christ and the Gospel. If he remains in this state up to his death, he will be eternally condemned. Every bishop and every priest is therefore obliged to stop commemorating the name of apostate Patriarch Kyrill in the Divine Liturgy. If a bishop or priest continues to commemorate his name in the Divine Liturgy, he will thus make it manifest that he himself has received the spirit of apostasy and expelled the Holy Spirit, the consequence being that all the sacraments administered by him as well as the Liturgies celebrated by him will be invalid.

If a bishop who is in communion with apostate Patriarch Kyrill consecrates a priest or a bishop, he will do so invalidly. Why? There is a difference: if a priest is in a state of grave sin, he administers the sacraments validly, but he eats and drinks judgment to himself (cf. 1Cor 11:29); however, if a priest has received the apostatical spirit of Astana which is identical with the spirit of Assisi – the spirit of antichrist – he has thus expelled the Holy Spirit, and the spirit of Antichrist can not administer the sacraments. Liturgies celebrated by the priests who are in unity with the spirit of Antichrist are not only invalid, but through them a curse passes on to the people present.

In this critical situation, when the Orthodox faith in Russia as well as moral and spiritual values of the Russian nation are at stake, it is necessary that the Church and the nation should repent. What does it mean to repent? They must separate themselves from the spirit of lies and heresy and fully accept the Gospel of Christ and the Holy Spirit – the Spirit of Truth.

The bishops, priests and monks are obliged to appeal to Patriarch Kyrill to resign from office. They have to choose such personality from among the orthodox bishops and monks who will be a good shepherd following the example of Christ. The new Patriarch must be willing even to sacrifice his life in defence of the faith and the laws of God! This will start the process of spiritual and moral restoration – true spiritual resurrection of Russia.
