Dear Mr President,

Convention of the Council of Europe on the Protection of Children against Sexual Exploitation and Sexual Abuse is not at all concerned with the protection of children but rather the opposite. Its purpose is systematic demoralization and even satanization of children. The MPs were deceived by moral sounding terms and a number of positive definitions.

According to Article 2 of the Convention, under the guise of so-called “discrimination on grounds of sexual orientation” this Convention in fact legalizes forcible promotion of homosexuality among children.

According to Article 6, the Convention provides for implementation of compulsory sexual (gender) “education”, starting with preschool children. This sexual antieducation is based on criminal UN/UNICEF programmes which are of a purely demoralizing nature. These are, in essence, crimes against children in that they cause not only demoralization but also disorder of the mind. One can speak of satanization of children. Experience from Britain has shown that children had to be expelled from schools and kindergartens since these programmes turned them into sex maniacs, and that as early as the age of five. This generation will not be able to establish a family or bear the responsibility for family life and upbringing of children. The nation will thus witness its autogenocide.

According to Paragraph 3 Article 9, the Convention gives free rein to a most crude promotion of homosexuality and other perversions in the mass media under the veil of so-called freedom of speech. Moral corruption of children through the mass media will continue.

Article 12 legalizes work with children performed by so-called specialists (“informers”). It is one of the typical features of the juvenile justice system, this in essence being psychological manipulation of children. The purpose is fabrication of guilt on grounds of “suspicion”. As a consequence, parents will be accused in a series of frame-up trials of sexual violence against their own children. Innocent parents will end up in prison and their children will be placed in so-called foster homes, or to put it more precisely, sold into sexual slavery to homosexuals or paedophiles. This is the fruit of the “Convention on the Protection of Children against Sexual Exploitation and Sexual Abuse”.

An example is the Solovyov family from Moscow. The parents were deprived of their three children and the innocent father was sentenced to 13 years’ imprisonment.

Mr President, in case You sign this bill passed by the Parliament, You will legalize not only a homodictatorship over children but also the juvenile justice system which will put innocent parents in prison. Do not be deceived by noble sounding terms or the name of the Convention. The correct name should be: Convention on Sexual Corruption of Children and Arrest of Innocent Parents.

Mr President, do not ratify this criminal Convention!
