Additional word as to the Lisbon Treaty (LT)

Your Holiness,

the Apostle Paul called the Church of the living God the house of God, the pillar and ground of the truth (cf. 1Tim 3:15). Today, more than ever before, mankind needs to hear the word of truth, the word which was spoken by God Himself, by Jesus Christ. Only this truth sets nations free from slavery. You, Your Holiness, have been called to be the voice of this truth. You have the responsibility not only before God but before all human race to proclaim salvation which is only in Jesus Christ. You are to be the measure of orthodoxy. We ask: Are You the voice of the truth in this time so hard for mankind? You did not give a clear warning against the forthcoming menace of a new totalitarian system whose aim is to uproot the sound Christian thinking in Europe. This concerns the Lisbon Treaty (LT). Your responsibility is extremely great. Many politicians waited for Your clear word. However, now the Lisbon Treaty has been passed and it is to come into force on 1st December 2009. Your law experts could at the very beginning have exposed a fraud and drawn attention to ambiguity of the legal formulas of the so-called antidiscriminatory laws and to their controversial interpretation leading to christianophobia and to open persecution of Christians. EU laws, the same as the LT, are deeply controversial and EU courts interpret them to the prejudice of Christians as well as to the prejudice of sound moral principles. EU’s main political line contained in its antidiscriminatory laws is a perverted “gender” ideology and propagation of homosexuality in public life as of a normal sexual orientation. Can the Pope be silent on it? He can’t!

Pope Honorius I was only silent on confusing theological formulations that led to heresies and therefore, several decades later, he was condemned (excommunicated) because he allowed heretics to touch the undefiled deposit of the faith. Nowadays Your silence is far worse than the silence of Honorius. Through Honorius’ silence heresy was spread. Through Your silence the Lisbon Treaty was passed and thus a totalitarian system of liquidation of Christianity in Europe was approved.

The fruit: The European Court of so-called “Human Rights” has delivered a judgement on grounds of which the Italians have to remove all crosses from the schools. The Court of so-called “human rights” positively heard a charge brought by a certain woman and thus it stood against 91% of Italian citizens who profess the Christian faith. In the name of antidiscriminatory laws the voice of one woman was heard, this resulting in discrimination of several millions of Italians.

EU Parliament compelled the Lithuanian Parliament to withdraw from amendments to the Law on the Protection of Minors against the Detrimental Effects of Public Information related to propagation of homosexuality and bisexuality in public life.

Your Holiness, are You perhaps waiting for legal actions against faithful priests and against Christian parents who will have the courage to defend children and youth against various forms of sexual perversion?

It is only a question of time when the policy of the EU will begin to take the shape of an overt persecution of faithful Christians. The EU is now effectively brainwashing the young generation into adopting a completely new thinking and antivalues, yet without conscience and without God’s laws.

Your Holiness, do assume a clear attitude towards the LT and be the voice of truth for Christians, especially for those who work in politics. The present-day world needs witnesses and apologists! In this spiritual fight academism is ineffective.

“Son of man, I have made you a watchman for the house of Israel. Whenever you hear a word from My mouth, you shall give them warning from Me. If I say to the wicked: ‘You shall surely die,’ and you give him no warning, nor speak to warn the wicked from his wicked way, in order to save his life, that wicked person shall die for his iniquity, but his blood I will require at your hand.” (Ezek 3:17-18)
