The apostatical Church hierarchy does not allow a spiritual awakening but destroys the saving faith and officially approves all kinds of heresies. The inwardly fallen-away hierarchy has brought down a curse upon the nations, blindfolds them and leads them to both physical and spiritual self-destruction. In this situation we call upon You to publicly confess the faith and to renounce heresies by Christmas, i.e. 25th December this year. Otherwise You will fall under God’s anathema in the same way as the above-mentioned prelates.

This is God’s demand adequate to the critical situation in the Church at the present time and each of You will render an account not only before the judgement seat of God but also before Your priests and faithful for how you responded to it.
