Card. L. Husar and some members of the UGCC Bishops’ Synod have fear of just and objective settlement of the whole critical situation in the UGCC.
In order to circumvent the Holy Father they arranged a monstrous process.
On 2nd, 3rd and 4th June 2008 the tribunal pronounced lawless sentences stating that we were guilty and that we had to be excluded from the Catholic Church.
We are very glad that this made-to-order judicial process took place. For now we can officially lodge an appeal directly for the attention of the Holy Father.
If the Holy Father resolves to treat the problem juridically, it will not go without pronouncing a just sentence on Cardinal L. Husar.
