The Byzantine Catholic Patriarchate has a duty before God to warn and mobilize the Russian nation against this planned autogenocide. On the feast of St. Vladimir, let all Christians of Russia renew their baptism in a nearby river or lake. Let them and all people of good will take to the streets in all towns and villages. Let them demonstrate against the introduction of evil juvenile justice and gender antilaws under the slogan of “Restoration of the family – resurrection of the nation”. This step is the foundation of true conversion and repentance of the Russian nation.

In an open letter dated 22 May 2013, the Patriarchate drew Your attention to the dire situation that leads to total demoralization, destruction of Christianity and the holocaust in Europe. To be silent in this situation is a crime.Being silent, today You are to blame for the repeated attempts to legalize adoption of children by homosexuals, for the legalization of prostitution, tomorrow You will be culpable of the legalization of paedophilia, zoophilia, incest, reproductive technologies, euthanasia for healthy people and children, as well as the law allowing dealings with human organs against one’s will!Your responsibility before God for the people is much greater than that of politicians. If at a strategic moment You neglect to do what You are obliged to, You are most to blame for the prepared tragedy of the nation. For these serious reasons, this time we address specific questions to You...

An example of the Moldovan bishops /letter to Orthodox and Catholic Bishops/

The bishops of Moldova as true shepherds they have stood in defence of God’s laws and of the believers against the genocidal policy promoted by the UN, EU and their own government which betrayed the nation. The government, despite mass demonstrations and against the will of the people, adopted homosexual laws. Even after being urged by the bishops to abolish the law, they did not do so. The bishops therefore passed from words to deeds and took effective measures:1) They issued an ultimatum to the government – to cancel the antilaw. 2) Because the government ignored the ultimatum, they declared minor excommunication upon both the treacherous government and the President and warned that if the government does not cancel the genocidal law, they will be obliged to declare major excommunication.

An appeal to Russian monasteries

Post date:   2013-07-10

A true monk, according to St. Basil, is a warrior of Christ. St. Basil fought against the heresy of Arianism which was accepted by the majority of the Eastern bishops. Today not only heresies but even Buddhist and yoga meditations pose a danger of spiritual plague in Western monasteries. The fruit is a curse which has fallen on the Western Church. But the same spirit is pressurizing the Orthodox Church. So it is necessary to resist it bravely. The monks should defend the true bishops against the heretical ones even at the cost of persecution by the heretics.

Reflection on Romans 8:23.26

In verses 22-27, the Apostle Paul speaks about three kinds of groaning. The groaning of the creation (v. 22), the groaning of believers (v. 23) and the groaning of the Spirit (v. 26). The creation, i.e. animate and inanimate nature, was subjected to suffering and disasters as a consequence of sin (v. 20). And so it is God’s plan that nature as such will likewise be redeemed and transformed. There will be a new heaven and a new earth, everything will be restored according to the will of God (cf. 2Cor 5:17; Gal 6:15; Rev 21:1-5) and the faithful children of God will receive their full inheritance.
