Where your treasure is, there your heart will be also

Post date:   2015-02-18
Autor:   BCP
We should have our treasure in heaven, and our greatest treasure must be Jesus Himself. If it is so, we really give Him the first place in our lives. He is the most precious treasure; in Him are all our treasures. In Him is the fullness of wisdom and knowledge, as God’s Word says. In Him is eternal life: “He who has the Son has eternal life; he who does not have the Son of God does not have life.” And where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.

Spiritual mobilization of women in Russia and Ukraine

Post date:   2015-01-12
Autor:   BCP
Dear women and mothers, God turns to you and wants you to mobilize in this spiritual battle for the salvation of your nation from moral, spiritual and physical autogenocide. Satanic globalization, which destroys all moral values and Christianity at the root, fights even for Ukraine. What should you do for the salvation of the nation? Penance! More specifically: Restrict watching TV or rather turn it off for the whole of this year. Make a promise to God for one year that you will spend at least one hour every day in prayer. Pray daily a so-called holy hour from 8 to 9 p.m.Dissociate yourselves from the influence of fortune-tellers, horoscopes and signs of the zodiac, extrasensory individuals, and rock music with the roots in satanic voodoo which disposes to occultism, drugs, sexual perversion and cynicism. This calls down a curse on the individual and the nation!

Patriarch Elijah’s message on the feast of the Nativity of Christ 2014

Post date:   2014-12-24
Autor:   BCP
At Christmas, we commemorate the coming of our Saviour and Lord Jesus Christ into this world as a defenceless child. “God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have eternal life.” (Jn 3:16) God gave us the most precious Gift – His Only Begotten Son. Jesus died for our sake. He, the Son of God, rose from the dead, that we should not perish but have eternal life. But there is one condition: saving faith. Only he who believes in Him and receives Him by this personal faith has eternal life and is a child of God.

Patriarch Elijah’s message for the Feast of Christ the King

Post date:   2014-11-22
Autor:   BCP
Ask yourself each: Is Jesus the King in the kingdom of my soul? Is He really the King there? If we have not received the kingdom of God, He is not the King there. Jesus says that we should seek first the kingdom of God and all other things will be added to us. So the first thing is to seek the kingdom of God. Jesus is the King in the kingdom of God. Who is the king in the kingdom of this world? The prince of this world. Jesus speaks about the truth while the kingdom of the devil is built on lies. Jesus is the Truth, as He says Himself: “For this cause I was born, and for this cause I have come into the world, that I should bear witness to the truth. Everyone who is of the truth hears My voice.” (Jn 18:37)

Patriarch Elijah’s message on the Feast of the Presentation of the Virgin Mary

Post date:   2014-11-20
Autor:   BCP
We celebrate the feast of the Presentation of the Virgin Mary. The Word of God says: “Blessed are those who hear the word of God and keep it.” Jesus said the same words at the end of the Sermon on the Mount which begins with the Beatitudes and ends with the parable of two men who built a house. One man built a house on the sand and the other on the rock. Those who hear the word of God but do not keep it build on the sand. Those who hear the word and put it into practice build on the rock. This reveals the essence of the way of our salvation.

The message by Patriarch Elijah on the feast of the Protecting Veil of the Mother of God

In relation to this feast, Jesus says in the Gospel: “Blessed are those who hear the word of God and keep it.” (Lk 11:28) The first thing is to hear the word of God and the second thing is to keep it. How many obstacles there are in us and around us which prevent us from hearing the word of God, thinking about it and keeping it so that it may become incarnate in us. This word should become incarnate in us just like in the Blessed Virgin – in her the Word became flesh and dwelt among us. And how did it happen? She was prepared. She lived by faith, wholly devoted to God.

Anniversary of the jubilee renewal of baptism

On Sunday, 6 July 2014, we will mark the first anniversary of the renewal of baptism in the Dnieper River in Kiev. We vividly recall the canonization of John Milic of Kromeriz, Czech preacher of repentance and prophet, by Patriarch Elijah of the Byzantine Catholic Patriarchate during a solemn liturgy in front of the Church of St. Sophia in Kiev on the eve of the feast of nativity of St. John the Baptist.

Patriarch Elijah’s message for the Feast of the Descent of the Holy Spirit

Post date:   2014-06-08
Autor:   BCP
Today we celebrate a great feast – Descent of the Holy Spirit. Let us ask the Holy Spirit with faith to descend on us in fullness like on the apostles. Chapter 37 of the Book of the Prophet Ezekiel emphasizes the responsibility for the nation, for the valley of dry bones. It is our task too to pray for a miracle of God – for spiritual resurrection – through the word of prophecy spoken with authority. Let us pray for the dry bones to come together and to make a noise, for the Church to be raised to life, for the Spirit of God to come in fullness and to turn this cemetery into a great army of God’s warriors. How can this be? The Archangel Gabriel said to the Blessed Virgin: “The Holy Spirit will do it!” And she answered: “Behold, the bondslave of the Lord! Let it be to me according to your word.” Amen.

Pastoral letter of the Bishops’ Synod of the UO GCC to the Christians of Ukraine (18.4.2014)

Post date:   2014-04-19
Autor:   Synod UO GCC
To speak about the glorious Resurrection of Christ without repentance, without confessing your own guilt, is hypocrisy and mockery of God. The only way for Ukraine to be saved is true repentance! Therefore once again we call on all sincere Christians: Stop on the way to destruction! Start to repent in earnest and call a sin a sin! “Unless you repent, you will all perish.” (Lk 13:3) Begin to cry to God day and night for forgiveness and salvation. Perhaps He will show His mercy. Make a promise to God that until the end of the year you will spend one hour every day in prayer for the salvation of your nation. Then there is hope that owing to your suffering, perseverance and faith God will remove the traitors, show His mercy to the Ukrainian nation and raise it to life.

Pastoral letter for the Catholic Church

We live in historic times when every priest and believer is subjected to a severe test of fidelity to orthodox doctrine and when every believer is obliged to obey God rather than the hierarchy who betrayed God and the Gospel. The present-day hierarchy has the same spirit as the hierarchy at the time of Christ. They declared themselves to be representatives of God, but they crucified God Incarnate. And we can see the same today. Jesus says: “Repent, and believe in the Gospel.” (Mk 1:15) “Unless you repent, you will all perish.” (Lk 13:3)

Motivation for the Lenten period

Post date:   2014-03-15
Autor:   BCP
In the Lenten period, bear in mind the basic realities: You shall die. You shall stand before the judgment seat of God. Your eternity will either be happy or unhappy. Jesus Christ, the Son of God, suffered and died for your sake to give you eternal happiness after death. Your impurity made Him suffer bloody scourging, your pride made Him suffer humiliation when He was crowned with thorns and covered with spittle. Your devious sinful paths made Him walk the way of the cross. The death of Christ conquered sin and the devil and opened for you the way to eternal glory.

Lent

Every year at the end of the Great Lent we commemorate the death and resurrection of Christ. The Lenten period is the time of preparation when we need to stop and devote more time to God and our soul. Jesus said about the liberation of man from the evil spirit: “This kind of demon does not go out except by prayer and fasting.” (Mt 17)

An appeal for forgiveness (+ video)

Post date:   2014-02-08
Autor:   BCP
On 4 February 2014, the Byzantine Catholic Patriarchate and the Bishops’ Synod of the UO GCC called for prayer mobilization. Today they call for forgiveness. These days, God wants to raise Ukraine to life through repentance! The condition of repentance is to renounce the spirit of the EuroMaidan. To renounce the spirit of hatred and unforgivingness in relation to the Russian-speaking population of Ukraine and the Russian nation. Similarly, eastern Ukrainians must renounce the spirit of hatred and unwillingness to forgive in relation to Galicians. Only through repentance and forgiveness will God save the Ukrainian nation from a civil war, the loss of independence and planned autogenocide!

Epiphany 2014: A call for repentance /Pastoral letter/

Post date:   2014-01-21
Autor:   Synod UO GCC
The Gospel testifies: “When Jesus had been baptized in the Jordan, behold, the heavens were opened and a voice from heaven said: ‘This is My beloved Son.’” The essence of the Epiphany is the manifestation of Jesus as true God and the promised Saviour. The condition for us to welcome this revelation in faith is sincere repentance. The Apostle Peter called out on the Day of Pentecost: “Repent and be baptized, and you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.” (Acts 2) When we repent, the Holy Spirit reveals Christ to us and opens the eyes of our mind so that we may receive Him.

Patriarch Elijah’s message for Eastern Christmas 2014 (+ video)

Post date:   2014-01-05

Today Jesus comes to each of you and says: “Look! Here I stand at the door and knock. If you hear My voice and open the door, I will come in and be with you and you with Me. Vladimir, Andrew, Olga… give Me your past, give Me your sin. That’s why I came.” As a sign that you now open the door of your heart and receive Jesus Christ as your Saviour, make a sign of the cross. Now Jesus has come through your faith. Making a sign of the cross, you have also renewed your baptism. The angels said to the shepherds: “To you is born this day the Saviour, who is Christ the Lord.” This good news is also for you. To you is born this day the Saviour!

The Charter of a Christian State versus NWO /Part 1+2/ (+ video)

Dear Mr President! Contemporary democracy has failed. It has become a vehicle for the establishment of the harshest totalitarian system. The most urgent need of the present time is to establish the ideology of the Christian state system. We submit to You a draft document of “The Charter of a Christian State” (CCS). We believe that Russia and the fraternal peoples of Ukraine and Belarus will adopt this Charter for the sake of their salvation and subsequent development.

Christmas pastoral letter (2013)

Post date:   2013-12-23
Autor:   Synod UO GCC
The mystery of the birth of Christ in our souls and our new birth is expressed in the words “Christ is born!” He is indeed born anew in the human souls. Christ comes through our repentance and living faith. The angels over Bethlehem bore witness to the shepherds: “To you is born this day the Saviour, who is Christ the Lord!” And these words refer to You as well.

Pastoral letter to the Ukrainian nation (11.9.2013) /+ video/

Ukraine and Russia now play a major role in the struggle for the preservation of Christianity and salvation of mankind! Globalists are well aware of this and that is why they concentrate all their efforts on Ukraine’s annexation by the EU. 1) Economic suicide: In 2013, the debts of states in the eurozone have amounted to 11.1 trillion euro. By joining the EU, Ukraine would run up trillion debts. There is one point in the Association Agreement wherein Ukraine contracts not to control the supply of goods from the EU.2) Political suicide: changes in legislation and handing over of executive power (courts, prosecutors, police) to Western globalists.3) National suicide: gradual loss of independence.4) Suicide of Christianity: breaking of God’s law and establishment of a gender homodictatorship.

The Apostle Paul says that we do not wrestle against flesh and blood but against powers in the heavenly places. Therefore we must take up the whole armour of God. Out of the six weapons the emphasis is on the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God (cf. Eph 6:10f). You have to fight the gates of hell for the salvation of the Russian nation and the Orthodox Church.
