You write: “The Age of Pisces is drawing to an end”, whereby You actually deny what You stated so eagerly about the Catholic and even about the Orthodox Church. You say that the time of Aquarius has come. Aquarius is a symbol of the New Age. This movement is antichristian and its aim is to replace Christianity with a so-called new global religion but without God, without Jesus Christ. This so-called “Living God” of the Age of Aquarius is not the God of Christians, but the devil himself. Professing the faith in the so-called “Living God” Aquarius leads to and ends in the place which is called hell!
Response to M. Bendyk, head of the Lvov seminary, to his 14-page letter

Dear Mr Bendyk, as for Your theological criticism one can see that You have learnt to juggle with terms very well and You know how to sidestep direct questions very adroitly and how to avoid the essence of the problem. Here we would like to point out just a few things. First, divination by pendulum is a sin indeed, and the pendulum is not swung by some radio waves but by demons. Similarly, Your defence of Husar’s heresies concerning the primacy and infallibility of the Pope is unconvincing. Concerning L. Husar and his attitude towards homosexuality, we think that it is not necessary to comment on it again. Apart from that, there are still some witnesses of what took place in USA where L. Husar was a priest.

Within the bounds of journalistic etiquette You are obliged to publish even the article of those who were blackened by Your newspaper.

Dear Mrs Tymoshenko, we kindly ask You to admonish the Head of the State Committee on Matters of Nationalities and Religions, Mr J. Reshetnikov, who commits religious discrimination and violates the Constitution as well as the laws of Ukraine.
An open letter concerning registration of the UOGCC

Dear Mr President, on 13th August 2009 a manifestation against religious discrimination took place in Lvov. The reason was a criminal attack on the monastery of sisters, the responsibility for which falls on an employee of the Regional Council in Lvov, Head of Department on Matters of Nationalities and Religions, Mr R. Kurash. The placards carried the demand: registration of the Ukrainian orthodox Greek-Catholic Church (UOGCC). We have to state that Mr J. Reshetnikov, Head of the State Committee on Matters of Nationalities and Religions, purposefully refuses to register the UOGCC and falsely claims that we violate the laws of Ukraine though he has not produced a single concrete violation on our part!Mr President, before God and before the whole Ukrainian nation we call and at the same time ask You to stop discrimination and to allow lawful registration of the UOGCC.Ukraine grants registration to Buddhists, the Hare Krishna sect, Jehovah’s Witnesses and even to diviners! Only the orthodox Catholic Christians, who up to this time have been kept under false authority like in a concentration camp, are unlawfully denied the possibility for official registration!!!
Response to the article in Nova Zorya

The religious journal Nova Zorya published a libellous article (21st August 2009) directed against registration of the Ukrainian orthodox Greek-Catholic Church (UOGCC). The whole article is an exemplary model of manipulation; it is full of defamation, abusive language and lies. It has fully revealed Church pharisaism and hypocrisy. Its authors and the apostatical hierarchy standing behind them have the spirit of the wicked vinedressers from the Gospel, who killed God’s servants, prophets and in the end even the Son of God Himself. In the present time they kill the bleeding Body of Christ – the Church – and to them refers Jesus’ word: “The stone that the builders rejected has become the cornerstone.” (Mt 21:42) “The one who falls on this stone will be broken to pieces; and when it falls on anyone, it will crush him.” (v. 44) “Therefore I tell you (current pharisees and high priests): the kingdom of God will be taken away from you.” (v. 43)
A reply to the refusal of registration

Why Mr Reshetnikov in the process of lawful registration has not acted in accordance with the Ukrainian laws?In the background of this manipulation performed by the state committee there is apostatical hierarchy which knows that the registration of the UOGCC signifies for them existential failure.

Dear ministers of the altar and shepherds of God’s people, we announce to You that on 11th August 2009 the orthodox Catholic Bishops’ Synod of the UGCC declared establishment of an orthodox Church structure under the name of the Ukrainian orthodox Greek-Catholic Church – abbreviated to UOGCC. By establishment of the UOGCC You are given the opportunity to separate from the heretical administration and to transfer under the spiritual rule of the orthodox Catholic Synod. Nowadays it is necessary that there are at least several heroic priests who really have at heart salvation of the immortal souls, love for Christ and sincere love for the Ukrainian nation.

Dear faithful of the UGCC, we announce to you that with relation to the fact that Card. L. Husar and the heretical Synod are excommunicated from the Catholic Church, our orthodox Catholic Synod has established an orthodox Catholic structure under the name of the Ukrainian orthodox Greek-Catholic Church, abbreviated to UOGCC. Thereby as a parish community you were given an opportunity to come out from the heretical structure which, because of its heresies, gives you neither Christ’s teaching nor Christ’s Spirit and therefore it does not lead you on the way of salvation. This hierarchy demands of you and your priests all kinds of obligatory money contributions and collections, the effect of which you most often cannot see. Our programme, however, is a spiritual renewal of the individual, family, community, parish and of the whole UGCC

Dear fathers and brothers, You who resolved, in different religious institutes, to follow wholeheartedly our Lord Jesus Christ, that You may become the salt and the light not only for the Church but for the world too, the Lord called You and You decided to follow Him. Unfortunately, many of You have forgotten the essence of the religious life and opened up to the spirit of the world. This process of loss of the first love for Jesus was so slow and inconspicuous that You have not even been conscious of it. Many of You, in the name of obedience, made certain steps of betrayal of Christ and His Gospel.

Dear sisters, You who were to be the brides of Christ and abandoned the world, that especially through prayer, adoration and contemplation of Christ You may unite with Him and thus become atoning sacrifices for the souls, were often in Your monasteries slowly and inconspicuously robbed of Your first love for Jesus. Because the first place was not given to repentance, prayer and the following of the abandoned and humble Christ, this was gradually replaced by the spirit of lukewarmness and incapability of radical and pure love to our Lord and His Gospel.
Establishment of the UOGCC - letter to the Holy Father

Your Holiness, we hereby announce to You that on 11th August 2009 our orthodox Catholic Bishops’ Synod of the UGCC resolved to establish a new ecclesiastical structure (Church) under the name of the Ukrainian orthodox Greek-Catholic Church, abbreviated to UOGCC. The reason for the establishment is the fact that the heretical structure persists in its heresies, exerts a systematic pressure on priests and the faithful. Now both the faithful and the clergy are given the opportunity to come out of the spiritual Babylon of the heretical structure and to join the structure which will give them an assurance of salvation through the orthodox Catholic doctrine. We acknowledge Your primacy and infallibility ex cathedra; however, we can by no means be subordinated to the antipapal structure which occupies all key posts and denies the papacy as well as the fundamental truths of the faith.
Establishment of the UOGCC - letter to V.Yushchenko

Dear Mr President, we hereby announce to You joyful news that our orthodox Catholic Bishops’ Synod of the UGCC has established a new Church under the name of the Ukrainian orthodox Greek-Catholic Church, abbreviated to UOGCC.We hereby turn to You in an official way with a request for registration of our already existent Ukrainian orthodox Greek-Catholic Church. Mr President, in case of procrastination of the registration the bishops, priests and believers are going to be exposed to persecution, which will not go without various disorders, and, as the final result, the responsibility therefor will unfortunately fall upon You. We believe that in conformity with the Ukrainian laws You will help us to be registered without problems, and our Ukrainian state will thus guarantee freedom of worship for orthodox Catholics the same as it guarantees it for Buddhists or Hindus.
