Your Holiness, the reform of the Church is tied with a reform of the new generation of priests. It involves a change of spirit. The spirit of relativism and rationalism must be replaced by the Spirit of Christ. The first place must be given to the essential truths of our salvation. These truths must be constantly emphasized. One must put an end to a heretical view of the Scripture. The Scripture is not a book of myths. It is the living Word of God. This change in thought and spirit is the foundation of the reform of the future generation of priests.
A reform of the clergy (video)

Your Holiness, the Church reform must involve a reform of the clergy. Present-day priests have undergone heretical formation. The tragedy is that they do not regard it as heretical. These priests are atomized and bombarded with information behind which is the spirit of the world. Such priests have neither the light nor the strength to resist the spirit of the world and to witness to the Gospel in the power of God’s Spirit. A true reform requires conditions for conversion and spiritual life.
Basic principles of new formation

Your Holiness, basic spiritual principle in the formation of the future priestly generation is the rule what is of first priority and what is continually emphasized. Failure of a number of priestly generations consists in the fact that as the first priority has been established academism and not salvation! One did not respect well-tried rule: “So far as necessary, nothing more and nothing less.” One has to accept information insofar as it serves one’s salvation. However, one has to refuse it insofar as it leads away from salvation.
