A request for restitutio in integrum (can. 1326 CCEO)
Post date: 2008-09-08Autor:
It has become manifest that the tribunal of the Supreme Archbishop is biased and was set a task to fabricate a verdict (to validate major excommunication) within the shortest possible time. On the same day when we were summoned to appear in court for defence, which we did in writing through the agency of an advocate, the court issued a six-page resolution about our excommunication. So this verdict had been planned in advance and prepared for that particular date! In legal proceedings the judge is obliged to provide the defendant with every opportunity for thorough defence (especially when under threat of major excommunication). The tribunal of the Supreme Archbishop grossly violated can. 1478 and 1479 §2 CCEO!
