Response to mendacious information

On 4th July 2004, we sent a request to the General Assembly OSBM, to make it possible for us eight monks to transit to a monastery of Episcopal Law.
A reply to this, among others, was that the Provincial Superior, Fr. Hryhorij Hrynkiv, OSBM, turned to the representatives of state and Church authorities against us:
a) to the Security Service of Ukraine, to the Office of Religious Affairs and to the Governor of the town Lviv. He instigated them to deport two of us from Ukraine (this has not been realized yet);
b) the Provincial Superior gives bishops and the state government false information aiming to morally liquidate us and our requests, as well as to threaten all bishops in Ukraine, so that in result none of them would accept us under their jurisdiction.
We are mentioning the false information used against us:
- That we were driven out from Poland, and Czech and Slovak Republics.
- That we caused harm to the Ukrainian faithful in the Czech Republic.
- That we are charismatics and tend to make close ties with people.
- That we have a dubious dogmatic teaching.
- That we are harmful to the Church.
- An evidence of all this is a fact that the Czech Delegature, OSBM, was abolished. ...
