for a longer time You have been informed about the acting of the Church authorities in Ukraine who violate the Church canons and moral principles. The OSBM leadership inspired Cardinal Lubomyr Huzar to an immoral acting and made him turn to state authorities and ask a prohibition of entrance and stay of 23 citizens of CR and SR in Ukraine as well as their deportation. These had never broken any of the Ukrainian laws and likewise committed no transgression against the Church law for which they should be punished by the Church court. Five of the above-mentioned have already had their passports stamped with a prohibition of entrance and stay in the territory of Ukraine, and the other three are being denied to have their visa prolonged.

Regarding the illegal deprival of perpetual vows and the illegal exclusion of five monks from the Order, we turned to the Supreme Tribunal of the Apostolic Signature and we apply for a proper Church trial that would withdraw the illegal decrees...
