the Congregation for the Oriental Churches designed a visitation for us and assigned Mons. Hlib Lonchina as the visitator.

On 9th July 2005, Fr. Markian Hitiuk, OSBM, arrived at the visitation together with a jurist of ecclesiastic law (an advocate). Regrettably, after a telephone call, probably with an employee of Your Congregation, the visitator announced that an ecclesiastic advocate must not be present at the visitation. And moreover, the visitator categorically refused to have a protocol made out from the visitation.
