Reverend fathers,

we are turning to You with a proposal of a solution to our situation which is hard to solve. We pursued recollection and mission, respected the authority of religious superiors as well as of the Church hierarchy (Cardinal L. Huzar…). By help of intrigues based on false accusations we were excluded from OSBM. Now the supreme ecclesiastic tribunal has informed us several times that we are still members of the OSBM and that our cause will be treated further. In this period of recourse we were forced to defend ourselves and, unfortunately, we had to bring to true light the whole negative Church policy that is destroying the Church; this touched even the Apostolic Nuncio I. Jurkovytch, next the Congregation for the Oriental Churches, we revealed the liquidation activity of its secretary A. Veglio and, regrettably, even the activity of our Cardinal L. Huzar, we also had to defend ourselves against the article by Mr. M. Marynovytch and to point out that the Ukrainian Catholic University (UCU)  is not Catholic due to its liberal management. Finally we had to come up to the main cause and that is the Vatican State Secretariate under the leadership of Cardinal A. Sodano (see the letter to all bishops from January 1, 2006)...
