The substance of the problem of our expulsion consists in the fact that the OSBM General Superior intended to expel us from OSBM and that was why he accused us of crimes which we had never committed! The OSBM General Superior did not evidence these heavy accusations  as it is required by the canon law (see CCEO can 500 §2 pt.1, can 1517 §2, can 1486 §1), he simply declared them suggestively without any evidence! After each canonical admonition we asked the OSBM General Superior to give an evidence of our guilt; however, instead of bringing evidence or having a talk with us he blamed us for impenitence and obstinacy (see 2nd and 3rd canonical admonition)! Neither the General Superior nor anyone else competent has had any official talk with us regarding our expulsion from OSBM.
