Your Eminence,

 on 14th October 2006 I received Your letter (Prot. N. 37579/05 CA dated 30th September 2006), in which You inform me that:

a)      The Holy Father did not treat the petition of the 1st of September 2005 and that the Supreme Tribunal is not competent to explain the reasons.

b)      On 8th June 2006 the Congregation for the Oriental Churches issued a decree by which it rejected my hierarchical recourse.

c)      Due to expiration of the peremptory time limit of thirty (30) useful days no more recourse is available at the Supreme Tribunal against the dismissal from my Religious Institute.
