On the base of the can. 997 § 1 CCEO and Constitutions of the Order of Saint Basil the Great (Set of rules 4.62), I appeal against the decree – a canonic monition by the General Superior, OSBM from 4th October 2004 (№ 051-04). I ask lowly for an annulment of this canonic monition.

Reason: I feel wronged by the accusations for which I have been punished.
