On  18th September, we sent an appeal accusation against the General Superior to the Supreme ecclesiastical court (The Apostolic Signature). This accusation was passed to the Congregation for Oriental Churches. The Congregation verbally notified us that they were not going to discuss the case yet.

Because the General Superior continues inflicting invalid punitive decrees (exclusions from the Order) and blackening us morally, we are turning to the supreme court – the Apostolic Signature, again, with a request for help...
