What is then the meaning of these illegal decrees?

Security Service of Ukraine (SSU), as unofficially announced by state authorities, is now only waiting for a written document from COCh, so as to accomplish the secret request for our deportation brought forward on 6th August 2004 by Cardinal L. Husar (decree   № 399/2003). If the SSU service acted on the base of any ecclesial decrees then it is compromising itself and in such a way breaking the state laws of Ukraine!
