There is a question what was the purpose of that action and who bears the responsibility therefor? The responsibility falls fully on T. Senkiv who abused the police for his mean intentions. We ask: Is this apostate bishop not capable of using even the maffia to carry out his mean intentions, even for physical liquidation? Can such a person be a bishop and can he administer a diocese? Evidently he would apply similar methods even towards priests, religious and towards everyone who will not subject themselves to his dictate. T. Senkiv not only betrayed the Catholic faith by his uniting with the heresies of Card. L. Husar but by his amoral conduct he has already borne the fruit of the apostatic spirit. This whole action was revenge on us for exposing in truth his apostasy.
